Every OG Halo Theme Overlapped, PERFECTLY Synchronized
Музыка
At 2:06 the Halo 2 and 3 themes split too far apart so I had to compromise and put one after the other.
This doesn't include 4 and 5 because obviously they don't match and I'm not gonna try to square that circle, and also doesn't include Infinite because by the time I remembered it existed and had a theme of it's own, I was already burned out of working on this.
0:00 - Every theme
2:06 - Halo 2 Mjolnir mix + Scorpion mix
3:20 - Halo 3 One Final Effort + Greatest Journey + Halo CEA Installation 04

I love how each Halo theme hits differently. Halo CE gives off the feeling of walking into the unknown. Halo 2 Gives you the adrenaline of fighting at your best. Halo 3 Gives the feeling that you're tired and exhausted from all the fighting, but you know if you give one final push, then victory will be yours. At least that's what I get from each one. Halo will always have a special place in my heart. Always remember those who you started the fight with and those who made it with you all the way to the end.

Whats crazy is that I've listened to this many times now, and when I listen to it a few days later, I still get goosebumps. I still play the bungie games every once in a while just to listen to the music as I play. Those give me goosebumps every once in a while, but this takes it to a whole new level. This is truly a masterpiece! When the guitar from Halo 2 harmonizes with the piano from Halo 3, it gives me goosebumps all over! And then the powerful drums kick in. If I wasn't listening to it in the office, I would be screaming and headbanging. The beauty of this suite is so incredible that it could almost inspire me to write a book. You've done an amazing job, truly outstanding!

Chills. Tears. Joy. Thank you Mr. A and thank you Halo for being such a part of my childhood ❤
This mix deserves a better name than simply "every Halo theme overlapped." It's too good for that. Give it a name my guy, like Mjolnir and Gungnir that came before it. Something awesome.

I actually genuinely agree on it being in the next Halo game. It pays homage in one of the best ways for Halo's history of music very well. This woulda been perfect with Infinite's theme of remembering what came before.

Same bro, I remember playing through every halo with my mom and dad. We would spend hours on h3 multi-player (being a kid I was always the worst on the team) I remember the day I started doing better than my mom, and then the day I started doing better than my dad (he wasn't happy about that lol)

@Boigav haha, hope that you keep that rapport with your dad. Get him things to remind him and I promise you will make his day. I remember watching my dad play Metal Gear Solid and MGS2, he finally let me play 3 and I went back and beat the other 2 faster than he did, he wasn't happy either and ever since then we've had an argument over who the real "Snake" was. He never played shooters with me but I cherish the moments I had gaming with my dad.
i lost my brother last year on the 29th of november. he was 30. halo was the biggest part of his life. he played it since the beginning. i remember playing halo 3 with him, our other brother, and their 2 friends on weekends in late 00s. i wasnt very old then, barely 4 probably, and it was the best times of my life. listening to this now feels like im at the end of a long campaign honoring a spartan mia. im 18 now. its gonna be hard to get through life without him. he was a great man. love you and miss you always Trevor 💞💜💞 -your sister, meg

I shed tears everytime I hear this soundtrack. You can say whatever you want about the franchise but damn I LOVE it
I think even if you hate the Halo series in general, you can't deny that the soundtrack is one of the best from the gaming world, if not in all music and soundtracks. Even all of them combined they still sound amazing, now that's art. not to mention if it wasn't for the drums and guitar, this could be a classical piece. Amazing job good sir. and I agree with another comment, definitely put this on Spotify and others. You put your time and effort into this, I'd say you could.
This is by far the best halo combined theme ever. Great job branching it off into different combinations of halo themes. Sounds incredible.
This feels like an extended suite theme. I really like that the crescendo is really right After Steve’s rift. I really like this. Great job!

32 now and for the first time since halo 3, I'm inspired... I'll never forget how this game and theme gave me inspiration and helped me find purpose. And even now as a Destiny player, I wish the world would step back and give us the quality of well... Anything! Like what the old games developers gave us. A time when video games inspired. Now I feel like I work all day to come home and work my games too lol. Thank you for this.

“They’re just Missing In Action…” 🫡
The solo guitar fitting in so neatly into the role is amazing. It works great with the drums giving the rock/metal energy, synergizes with the strings and contrasts the piano well
Damn, this ending almost had me in tears. I was ok until then, but that huge wave of nostalgia accompanied with the assuredness of it being over. Damn
What I love about Halo's soundtrack is that Halo 1 is mysterious, Halo 2 is Action and Halo 3 is a dramatic conclusion and that is 111% expressed throughout all three OST's. The Halo Trilogy's perfection is one that we won't see again.
Thanks Marty O’Donnell for the gorgeous Halo Theme’s. ❤

That horse us already beaten to death. I stopped playing after Halo Reach, since it was the last real halo game. The rest just felt like low effort cash grabs with absurd plots tossed together.
This brings a whole set of good memories playing Halo 3 multiplayer all night with my cousin and beating the campaign on legendary. The music in the Halo franchise is amazing!
Turning 25 and this music hit me like a freight train. I remember staying up all night playing Halo 3 ODST Firefight just hours before Halo:Reach launched with my best buddies back then. We were so many waves in on mythic that we ultimately missed the launch of Reach. Man, were those the times. Growing up on Halo CE and Halo 2.
I'll always respect a beautiful tribute to Halo's music. Will always be one of the most iconic music in gaming history

When they actually cared about making masterpieces for video games. Gaming has become a far cry from what it once was.
When Halo CE came out when I was 8, I was hooked. It was a big part of my childhood. Ill always miss the gran story and universe, especially for its time. So much limitless potential that was ruined...
this hits different, I love how you can distinguish between each track but still hear it come together!
I've been a Halo fan my entire life. This is the first time I've gotten goosebumps from anything Halo related in YEARS. Truly well done 👏👏
they mix like the devs had the idea to make every single halo them an "addition to the story" that the songs tell like its several parts and WE needed to put them together. amazing love it wanna hear more stuff like this possibly with another good franchise.
I have nothing to say, this literally is indescribable with how amazingly beautiful this is. This, this right here, is the ultimate Halo theme. This is our childhood, our past, our origin, our legacy. This is what Halo is meant to be. This is Halo! And you are great for bring us this. This is the theme that will play for us as we walk the into the divine beyond, our Great Journey!
GOD DAMN 0:50 The guitar going, and the piano of Halo 3 kicking off? OOOOOOOH thats just too perfect. Someone go get Martin O'Donnell
Brought a literal tear to my eye, this is insane

The piano rings through like a true clarion... so beautiful. Even at the moments when the guitars are grating, it's still beautiful... call it nostalgia... epitaph. Mendicant would be proud.
This truly is the perfect essence of what Halo used to feel like, utter nestolgia and goosebumps. A true Master Cheif experience and a Masterpeice very well done.
This is a work of art! You've done something, no one dreamed or thought of being possible. You've made a masterpiece with Bungie's trilogy, that 343 Industries & Microsoft only wish and/or dream to achieve such greatness. I say this with every fiber, molecule, cell, and atom of my body and being. I wish I had cried by how beautifully hard hitting it was (and is) to the ending momens of this "parody" of an op, the piano truly had, my soul and gut, wrenching for more of that. That's how much I wanted to tear up from the end alone!

How the hell is this not a mainstream theme by now? This right here as a masterpiece! And to me is everything I look for in music…. And to top it off it’s all just a bunch of songs that I love mashed together into one amazing work of art!! Halo is my childhood, and it’s been so long since I’ve seen a new Halo masterpiece. I’m a part-time writer and avid world builder for a roleplay community, and you my friend just inspired an entire plot line with this song. Keep up the amazing work!! I know the music isn’t yours originally, but the skill it takes to mix it in such a way takes talent and experience, and I can’t wait to hear what you have next!!
Pure perfection. Epic job bungie for creating such a masterpeice and the video maker for putting it all together
I was in no way prepared for all that
This video gave each part of my childhood goosebumps. I honestly wasn't sure how well every variant could be lined up, but god damn, you nailed it dude. I just found a new favorite for my studying playlist.
An absolute masterpiece This right here lads, is what it feels like to have your childhood summed up in 5 minutes The good old times :)
I've never even played Halo and those haunting piano notes at 0:55 made me nostalgic for the good old days.
I was born in 1999, my earliest memories of actually playing halo without messing around I was around 5 on the OG Xbox, I can feel the amazement and the awe I had back then as I listen to this masterpiece, thank you.
All rise for the gamers anthem. Finally YT recommends something useful. I love the Halo theme, always sends chills down my spine. Also knowing how that guitar solo was birthed amazes me so much. Amaze talent Marty came across.
4:25 and onwards is the best bit for me. The halo themes on their own are a banger and a half, but this is on a whole other level.
