The first mission of the game is Noble team harassing a small farming town in retaliation for some vandalism. It turns out to actually be a Covenant attack, but they didn’t know that when they sent Emile, Jun, and Six there. They were going to kill civilians.

@@ShallowVA Nah, they were investigating the radio dead zone and missing patrols. Emile was acting the meathead, but the goal was to see if the occupied farmstead near the burning warthog was full of insurrectionists- which it wasn't. And no, Noble's presence on Reach was supplementary to all the other Spartans on-planet, because the Covenant were going to show up sooner or later. That said, I'm still annoyed at Bungie making the Spartan 3s wear MJOLNIR when they should've had SPI armor, not to mention the earlier lore mentioning that most of the Spartan 2s died on Reach.

This is very similar to my last time playing Halo 3, just before getting to the Cartographer. Female marine cries out in the fight just before "this is for my babies!" She was then scripted to stand where the explosive comes in after the cutscene. Had to pause in both cases

@@San_Jose69 how Jun just make slight quips? It is mostly distant because he’s a soldier fighting a losing war. Emile generally enjoys killing and is on the record for being too far on human targets. Let’s to forget famous scene where when Jorge is trying to talk to the traumatized girl, Emile chuckles seeing the girl flitch.

A lot of these were funny, but the one with the Male Marine talking about how his wife gave birth aboard the UNSC Grafton (the frigate that was shot down by the Long Night of Solace) was kinda sad.

I love these voiceline videos because you get beautiful moments like 11:13 “I’ll be honest, I cried when the Grafton went down. My wife gave birth on that ship.” “Just soiled my tidy wideys.”

Carter: Telling Six that any misconduct goes onto his file. Jun: Oh hey, did i tell you about that one time i slaughtered civilians like a psychopath? Good times...

Damn, Jun has some pretty intense philosophical dialogue. Makes it a little ironic that he was the only survivor.

Jorge was a Spartan II and wore Mark V Mjolnirr-grade armour to match, meaning it's got better shields and thicker plates...combined with the more extensive modifications to Jorge's body, allowing him to resist more shock and trauma...he basically is walking hard cover, compared to the Spartan-IIIs and their cheaper gear/augmentations. I seem to recall reading somewhere that Spartan-II Mjolnirr marks were comparable to the hulls of frigates or Scorpion MBTs...while Spartan-III armour was more like the Warthog...

to bad most of these lines you don’t even get to hear in firefight

15:11 is such a serious feeling. It’s always so terrifying when adrenaline or an injury blows ya over and you can’t feel anything and you’re too afraid to look D;

Honestly, I wasn’t ever really sure what to think of Emile, other than he was a bit of a murderous psychopath towards the Covenant. But after hearing the dialogue about his brother, it actually makes sense now. All of these extra lines are unearthing some dope lore on Noble Team.

Yeah Emile puts up the persona of being uncaring but the entire reason he’s such a good Spartan is because he cares too much. But specific assassinations can happen based on where you punch the enemy, so it could really be directed at the one that grabs his ass. Cortana's I think just said assassination or a shorter version of it

Jun was a headhunter, he was literally raised to do onis dirty work like if a colony of people realized that oni had an idea about the halo rings beforehand, which is why Cortana went to those coordinates in the first place.

See, entire planets (with around a million people on each) were dedicated to farming, supplied just about all the food but weren’t given any voting power. They rebelled and instead of the government trying to give the farmers a better deal they sent genetically modified and mutilated child solders to murder entire continents of people. THATS what Oni and the Spartan program were created for

I could never before have imagined Kat giggling like a school girl with delight. I guess it just goes to show you that, everyone, no matter how old, how damaged or how war torn and cold inside, still has a cute side, IMO this is the most important side to people, because it is our truest and most showing self and one that shows a willingness to be truly open and vulnerable with people.

I cant help but hear Cayde when Buck is talking. Makes it that much better

I guess the extra e and a aren't necessary, oh well. There's also ass_grabbed, either they used multiple tags for the same thing or I just don't know enough. I don't know much to begin with, but I feel certain she yells chief when you die sometimes.

Instead of Noble Team and other Halo characters being potential Personal A.I. in Infinite, they should definitely just have their voices used for our multiplayer Spartans, similar to how they were in Firefight. I’ve been saying this since for a couple of months and I think it would be better for the multiplayer experience to have a Buck, Dare or even a Johnson build! It wouldn’t even be difficult to gather up all the voice actors again. They had Kat and Emile come back in Gears.
