Definitely. Minecraft is my favourite game of all time and Steve was by far the most hype trailer.

If anything, i think having the whole Smash community and even people who don't play either Smash/Minecraft talking and agreeing about how Steve is the almost indisputable top tier in Smash history and is frustratingly powerful to fight against... Is deserving for him For having the most sold game ever, for having the most POPULAR game out there, for being one of the most recognizable game characters *period* alongside the likes of Mario and Sonic being like half as old, and for the game being alive THIS long In short... He and his game made HISTORY in videogames, and all the praise and power it gets its deserved

That wasn't the real reason. In Europe and Japan Sakurai confirmed it was because of Licensing issues with C418. Don't know why the American versions of the smash presentations had weird censors...

It has always been amazing to know this coincides with the day and night cycle of the actual stage, fucking fascinating

Steve is legitimately one of the only beings that I truly fear, he has no expressions yet his face tells me that he has calculated the most complex of the scenarios and is more than ready to destroy entire worlds to accomplish his goals.

More elegant and upbeat than XC2 osts imo.

Obvisouly it's dissapointing that they couldn't get any of C418 or Lena Raine's music into the game, but man did they knock it out of the part with that they could use. This song is just...perfect for Minecraft. It invokes discovery, adventure, wonder, and even danger when Halland transitions into Dalarna. It's honestly one of my favorite remixes in the game, possibly my number one favorite. Of course, I can't deny that the absolute wonder of the reveal might make me a bit bias.

I wish they used some of those old minigame musics.. you know.. from PS3, Xbox 360, 1, and some other old consoles.. battle, spleef, and glide (that's what was on PS3 anyway). I mean they did add a "Glide" but not of the one that I remember. Also on the topic, why are litterally all of Steve/Alex/Zombie/Enderman's attacks neutral b?
