Plantain egg balls are not new but I am glad that someone is getting adventurous like I am to make it. You can also melt some mozzarella when serving it with the pepper sauce.. That is how I make mine. I normally mix some rice starch with the plantain so it does not fall apart.

Hi Alicia. I normaly eat ripe plaintain with boiled eggs for breakfast sometimes. I will definitly try it this way but air fry it. I dont like alot of oil. Next time making the sour dont boil the cucumber and leave the skin on. Cant wait for the next video😊❤

Ladies quite excellent ! Wow, this reminds me of a dish my grandmother taught me to make called Nargasi Kofta. Instead of plantains you can use mashed potatoes or you can use ground lamb or beef. It was considered a Indian Irani dish. It's amazing how food is worldwide with variations. Thank you!

Turn plantain is my favourite. De plantain-eggball looks delicious. Cassava and other provisions contain RESISTANT STARCH, which is good for you Denny. It feeds the beneficial bacteria in your gut and is a high fiber food. The white potato on the other hand can be GMO, one of the many reasons ppl ah farrin ah get sick.

There is a Market in Montgomery County Maryland for "yaad fowl" ,, research it.....
