Hakka Mooncake Biscuits :: Easy Moonlight Mooncake Recipe :: Chinese Mid-Autumn Festival
Mid Autumn festival is come again. There is a moon cake called Hakka mooncake which are not well known and only the Hakka people enjoy. It's usually made with cooked glutinous rice flour (or Koh Fun) and sugar syrup. Today I will make this recipe moon cake. Hope you all like it.
RECIPE:
200g Glutinous Rice Flour (Koh Fun)
250g Icing Sugar
20g Unsalted Butter
85ml Hot water
