    Totally agree Tun Tou is hard to build along with Fou Chum. But once you have those shapes and you use internal mechanics a very different type of dynamic power is generated. Love the videos

    My instructor had me use a wooden post to develop this type of power this approach is extremely useful in full contact free fighting thank you sifu Adam

    I do appreciate the idea of creating vortex' in my movements. I have a lot to learn! Much appreciation: the notion of the attacking 'Snake' ; sometimes bringing in the dynamic of an animal makes me realise what you're talking about. Again; thank you for bringing your insights!

    That's a really good thought in martial arts in general if you can see the technique and you try to do the technique based on that it usually is still actually wrong so it's something that people could pay more attention to

    Without a doubt once you get this mechanic down, they will not see that coming with that type of power, especially being off balance in the process

    Those applications are most effective when there is a lot of internal power (Chi,) that has been cultivated. I see by your own movements you appear to have some of that going on. Though you may not even be aware of it (but I think you are😊) Most people do not realize, some degree of internal power is cultivated when practicing an external system such as this. But to get to the higher levels takes years (sometimes many years!)

    Δάσκαλε, θα γράψω ελληνικά αφού κάνει μετάφραση στα αγγλικά. Σε μια μάχη η γροθιά κινητέ με ταχύτητα μπρος πίσω, και αλλάζει γωνιές. Δεν νομίζω είναι εύκολο όλο αυτό η η παγίδευση μιας γροθιάς. Σίγουρα μια μάχη δεν είναι όπως γίνεται εδώ στο μάθημα. Απλά θα μπορούσε να γίνει σε ποιο ρεαλιστική κίνηση. Αν όχι σε σπαριγκ. Ευχαριστώ 🇨🇾🙏🏽🐺

    To understand what a exaggerated vertical roll looks like, youtube tai chi ball exercises or belly dance exercises and throw a double strike at the end.
