Adams control is special. Bruce Lee had best control and speed I ever seen. Adam is very impressive as well.

Hi Adam, great channel! Being a former student of Pak Mei in the early 80's, I really love the episodes when you spice your Wing Chun with a little Hakka. Awesome content, I really look forward to seeing more!

Again I love watching you work. Between the two arts I've trained, mantis and xingyi, the way you move is very similar

Sweeping crane and hold shield from 18 temples can work also with stepping from bow stance to bow stance then as you clothesline them with your arms you transition from bow stance to horse stance. Hand over fist salute. ITZ!

So, at 1:40 he releases his wrist grip to throw a looping strike, but what is the Wing Chun response if he improves his control by moving to something like a Russian tie? The Russian tie is a very specific position that exerts an enormous amount of control on the opponent while maintaining a disadvantageous angle, but really I'm just curious about any situation where you're in what a Wing Chun practitioner would consider really bad: turned away from the opponent, arm or arms are controlled, not occupying opponent's center, body/spine is hunched forward, etc.

Punches so fast I question any sync with the horse to generate power.... IMO the connection to the horse is more important than the speed of the punches... Are there connected and also disconnected strikes? A duck with a horizontal punch is straight from what? @2:22 lol

Adam has several videos about generating power without 'the horse', without any structure at all.
