Your summary had so much great information, thank you so much. I guess, if I may comment... If you had put the points in chronological order, from first night - 36 hours - 5 days - 2 weeks - etc. That would have been nice. I ended up copying down the relevant information for me and then reordering them into chronological order so I can refer to them later.

Outstanding video Dr. Thank you. Only one point concerns me. I have post finasteride syndrome from 17 years ago. This stuff was absolute poison to me and destroyed my life. I had my HT 3 days ago. And I dont take Finasteride nor Minoxidil. Now this is new to me that transplanted hair can be damaged by DHT. Never heard this before. I hope my transplanted hairs will survive it then. Because there is no chance I touch that drug ever again. Rather I go for a hair system if this HT fails due to DHT.

If crusts have still not come off, they can use baby shampoo daily till it comes off.

Sir, I recently underwent a hair transplant procedure. After 48 hours, my doctor performed the first head wash. During this, he massaged the donor area but used only saline water on the frontal side. The same procedure was repeated after 72 hours. However, after 96 hours, when the doctor wasn't available, one of the clinic staff performed the head wash, massaged the scalp, and removed all the scabs. I'm feeling anxious and worried that the grafts may have been affected or dislodged due to the massage or scab removal after 96 hours. Could you please advise me on this matter?

Didn't see any answer here, from my understanding that's no problem as the problem is only testosterone turning into free DHT, which should be subdued by 0.5 to 1mg finastirid. Of course more testosterone means a higher chance of more DHT in general, so it may in theory be a pinch higher. Minoxidil, Finpecia as well as Terzolin shampoo should counterbalance. Terzolin was found to be highly affective. Has different brand names like Ketozoline shampoo (against dandruff)

In Caucasians, a smaller punch is used and hence crusts are off in 7-10 days. If you are of darker skin color or if punch size used was bigger than 0.9-1 mm, crusts can take upto 3 weeks. If they take longer, there has been some fault at your end since you have not followed advice on how to assist crust dissipation.
