Since 2 weeks, I've been noticing more hairs in my hands in the shower. I have let them grow and they have a good length now. Haven't been to a barber therefore. Maybe it looks super bad to me because my hair are much longer then I'm used to and I think I'm loosing more hair than usually but maybe I'm acrually loosing hair. Thanks for the video

Take in mind that it could be the natural process of your hair. Like there are months where you will shed hairs and then it will stop for a few months. Keep paying attention to it and see it on a bigger time frame, lets say 6 months, if you still losing hairs or in this case losing even more its time to start doing something about it.

There could be other reasons that you're losing hair. I had the same issue and thought that my hair being longer is what made it shed more but it turned out to be too much stress. Hopefully you went to the doctor and got it checked before it was too late. I waited months and I will most likely have to use minoxidil as I cannot get regrowth to happen naturally.

If you don't take medication after a transplant, would the transplanted hair fall out or the non transplanted (natural) hair? I thought the donor hair at the back is less impacted by DHT?

The non transplanted hair will still fall out, that's why many doctors will encourage you to take finasteride after the transplant. The transplanted hair can get a bit weaker without finasteride but most of it will stay, but fin will also help the transplanted hair growing

@@oreosaysb00no it isn’t unfortunately. You can look at this study: pubmed.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/25842469/. Rosemary oil in this case was only as effective as 2% minoxidil (a very weak version of min) and increased hair count by no more than 7% which is not going to be noticeable whatsoever. To stop MPB you’ll first need to get on an anti-androgen like finasteride or dutasteride, and can use topical variants of them since those are shown to generally have less sides. Unfortunately the vast majority of these natural remedies are totally ineffective. It’s better to act sooner rather than later with hair loss and not waste your time with snake oil products.

It is not advisable to take any 5 AR inhibitor when you are younger than even 20 so in that case its very tough, I would stick to minoxidil and microneedling.

Tretinoin, wait 10 mins, apply minoxidil on the areas you want the beard to grow. It might take you over 1 year to have a good beard if you are starting from scratch. Also once a week you will microneedle with a 0,05mm .
