I m not sure what a hair steam is? :) You mean blow-drying? I d try to let the hair air dry as often as possible but generally blow drying isn't THAT bad for the hair if you don't overdo it:)

Thanks for the video, and your good explanations! Got some questions you might be able to answer: 1. Brushing wet hair is bad, i heard that often. There is that "Tangle Teezer" for wet hair, wich i like to use after showering. But now i'm not sure anymore, if this is a good idea. 2. Is washing my hair 2 times a week enough? Don't want to stress it more than i have to. 3. Is it better to wash your hair with your head tilted back? ...or better to wash it with the head bent down? Or does it not matter at all?

1. Whatever brush you use, its gonna pull your hair downwards and hence stretch it whilst its wet. I dont think there is a brush that dan avoid that. But in the end its about your own experience;) 2. 2-3 times should be enough but it also depends on your activities throughout the week and whether you re generelly prone to greasy hair 3. When you rinse out your hair its best to use both positions! Hope this helps😘

I heard that washing your hair too much is actually really bad for you? Because it strips the natural oils in your hair that keeps it moisturised and strong. :(

Yes that is also true! Its about the right balance. Not washing it enough is bad and overwashing it is bad. I would say 2-3 times a week is a good amount. But it depends on your hair and your current washing habits! It might take some adjustment period:)
