So a few times i have gotten into growing my hair and self care but then i never stick with it, but ever scence i started doing the things you say to do in your videos my hair has improved a lot.

1. rosemary oil 2. rice water rinse 3. scalp exfoliator 4. castor oil, jojoba oil & peppermint oil 5. inversion method 6. Omega 3,6&9 7. wooden comb

I really like that comb squeeze bottle you used to apply the hair oils, it looks like it feels so amazing on the scalp 😍

I've been applying macadamia and argan oils after showering for the past 4 years, and I'm impressed with the results. My hair grows so much faster now. :) Thanks for sharing your tips, I can't wait to try the rosemary oil.

@@DoroCubillo Yes, love ❤️ try applying macadamia or argan oils after showering or the day before your wash day. But I prefer to apply those oils right after showering while my hair is still wet, as I have curly wavy hair and that helps retain moisture into my hair and eliminates dryness and frizzy hair.

@@afreenmustafa6180 After showering from mid to end length. Before showering a day or a few days before wash days, I usually apply some in my roots. But only if I'm not going out, as it can get too heavy and greasy if I apply from the roots. If I'm going somewhere, I usually just apply from mid to ends after showering while my hair is still wet so it retains moisture.

I've been using all of these hacks but I've found that sticking to my routine of a healthy diet/multivitamin, exercise, pre-pooing/wash/deep conditioning once a week, Rosemary whether fresh or dry, and peppermint essential oil, scalp massages, using the scalp brush when washing my scalp/hair, pre-pooing with olive/Rosemary oil, sealing my ends with a light oil every night, and protective styles have really helped my hair grow long!!❤️

I tried the difference between filtered and tap water and it actually does make a big difference it really does I have damage died thick native American hair and yousing filtered water with rice water with herbs and spices and teas.Definitly need to try out it's no joke for hair growth 📈

Love that you recommended rosemary oil, it's my favourite essential oil! I've been using it for years now in my shampoo or my hair masks ! 😀

With lists? 🥺 I love love all your videos but there is so much awesome advice I’m just trying to figure out what to do 😂

Lost fifty pounds recently because I was getting married, only issue is I lost like 50lbs of hair with it. Lol seriously was half bald at my wedding, thank god for my stylist creating magic with some black eye shadow so you couldn’t tell. It’s been a couple of months since then, and I’m still half bald, so fingers crossed that this helps me. I’m praying for a miracle at this point. Lol

You say to put four drops of Rosemary in the shampoo, the shampoo has to be completely new or half the bottle shampoo to put four drops of Rosemary.? Second question I do myself treatment twice a week with Olive oil organic extra virgin mix with Aloe vera organic plant. My question is when I’m ready to wash my hair with shampoo mix with rosemary, I will not have any affect by me having on my hair treatment the olive oil and the Aloe vera? Hello!! So I recently got back on trying to grow my hair out to be long, healthy and beautiful but my hair has been very frizzy and I just got a trim and Everytime I washed it it would be very frizzy and poofy and dry. I just bought Argan oil organic shampoo and conditioner and hair argan oil organic serum again, I used it once and it helped my hair but since I been very stressed I stopped taking care of my hair but I have been going back to caring for my hair! I have some questions on the triple omega vitamins? Is there any side effects to it and if I end up stop taking it will it cause hair loss and for my hair to get brittle and unhealthy if I run out??
