Am sure by 2021 this will be replaced because the steel will continue to corrode over time and the couny will need to upgrade to battery backup Sirens since this and the others don't have battery backup

If you look closely, chooper kicks in at the same time. It's just the delay that it takes for the sound to propagate to where the camera was set up.

I always found these sirens to be funny. The design is weird. Only the air intake is rotating, witch does nothing to the actual sound as the actual choppers aren't even inside of a horn. The rotation is basically pointless 🤣
