You are right, the Conpoy and egg white fried rice are for rich peoples.🤩 Because the japanese dry scallops are expensive in this day. But the fried rice looks delicious. 😋 💯😍🥰🙏
边有人用,大个瑶柱,来炒,都是小瑶柱。味道是一一样的只不过,大个的,好看拿来做上等野

让节瓜用甘大个就食过。拆成丝的话大细都无所谓啦,不过我复制过你这个做法,我用鸡粉代替鸡汤,好味道。

臨炒前,你可以加一隻蛋黃落啲飯,撈勻佢,然後先炒。另外火喉要夠

覺得瑤柱麻煩既朋友可試吓櫻花蝦代替,只需白鑊慢慢烘香,最後撈埋d飯就得🤣當然瑤柱係好食d既。
如果瑤柱浸過夜, 係咪唔洗再蒸?
