How to enroll in tcv n i m very poor ,my parents r not in capable of paying fees... in my area lots of students gave up studies due to fincial problem.....pl reply.....

We don’t need any Chinese communist backed ( Chinese money whore ) shugden worshipers to advice us what to do. Thx. What challenge religion? We are not talking abt dogma here.
