(Going by the crowd and seeing the quantities used does not look like it is doing 8k sales per day, considering 8k per day it is 2.4lakh. exp: 3 worker salary 40 to 50k, Rent 25 to 30k, 4 to 5 commercial gas 8 to 10k, Staff food 7k, staff stay with electricity 15k, Garbage, Electricity, Water bill, GST all will be separate. we have not added her salary 40k. most of the time new business owners get demotivated as the workers will not stay when they can not make extra money, hunting for the new workers will be head ace, over period they will think to sell the business.)

The turnover is actually around 8k not the net profit... The franchise itself claims that it's 60:40 profit . So she must be making around 1lakh after all the expenses that you have clearly mentioned above. Even if she is making around 50k also during the initial days it's still a motivating amount 😊
