Very well explained and ur videos r very very useful to all the people. But Meeru explain chesetappudu board meeda raasetappudu clear ga rayandi. For ex. Cracks ni gypsum daggara tick chesaru ante choodagane cracks untayi anipisthundi. Pop daggara x kottaru ante cracks undavu anipisthundi. But meeru cheppadam.oppositw chepthunnaru. So clear ga "cracks ekkuva/takkuva " ani rayandi. It's just my suggestion.

Hi bro.. Well explained.but you missed one disadvantage with Gypsum sheets. There is a threat with termites to Gypsum sheet due to paper coat. Termites will attack paper coat in long-run, hence the board will lose it's strength,and it'll fall. My suggestion is for that,better to go for a anti-termite treatment before going to ceiling work.
