The only thing I don’t like about these compact floor machines is you can’t do a lot of the pulling lifts like pat pull-down. Other than that super cool

On the Facebook page they stated something is in the works for this device to do pull down exercises.

Finally got mine Friday and its really cool , the ring makes it really convenient to stop and start your workouts. The app has tons of workouts that'll leave you dead and you can even create your own workouts, sets , reps, intervals . And swapping out accessories is super quick, 5 star rating :) The only thing I found missing was a barbell pad that I ordered on Amazon for 16$ for squats and hip movements mostly. Cheers

@@aecoIT intermediate , mostly heavy lifting for weight lost and regaining lost muscle from being a slacker too long.

The price on this is fantastic, almost too good to be true.

You're better off taking the simpler package without bench then buying a normal bodybuilding bench second hand , same for tricep rope

well, the bench holds the platform down with the exact hight of the bench low bar - most regular benchs won't accomplish that @@maxk880

Can you tell me what the maximum load capacity of an individual is that can use this piece of equipment within manufacturers warranty?

A maximum weight capacity of 220 lbs and an adjustable increment of 1lb.

you can increase the weight up to 440 lbs (or 200kg)? it would become, at this cost, the best training device even for athletes with a higher level of training

Our equipments can add weight up to 220lbs on each side.
