Where do the hoses go?

in philippines we called it 24mm diaphragm type carburetor. that kind of carb can give you the exact mixture of you're engine. less gas consumption and fast running. much good and better than the stock carburetor.

So you just don’t install any of the vacuum lines? How’s it done?

I love how detailed you were when you went through where all the different vacuum lines get hooked up and such... big help for somebody that's trying to fix a bike that was modified by a literal crackhead.

My SYM carburetor scooter over half year that engine does not working in Taiwan! After I push scooter start motor switch and then I got some situations as below: (1) engine cylinder pressure is 126psi (2) spark plug has flash (3) fuel tank does not working to push gasoline via fuel filter out? Do you have some idea to help to fix my breakdown SYM scooter here, thanks!

Hi, newbie here, today I was doing general testing on autohoke using multimeter. With the ignition OFF red lead from multimeter to positive side of the battery and black lead from multimeter to green or black wire - both registers 12v. Is this correct?

i have a2011 puma romeo 150cc scooter i have just changed the carburator and now it will not start. any ideas of what i should look for? gas line clear it seems it does not getting any gas in the bowl to keep it going. empty gas when i attached new carburator help pls/

So there's no physical hold into place bolts any where Else besides the ones on manifold. What about vacuum lines. Do I need to adjust the new one. I have a 2020 icebear mojo magic 150cc its stalling out. And I'm getting afraid to ride it especially making left turns. Some days it fine for awhile then it stalls out and won't restart right back up. Do you think a new carburetor is going to fix my issue. Only had bike from January 6 of 2021. Can you go over the wiring for brake and turn signals trying to mount top box with lights so far have blown two signal relays. Also have changed the sparkplug 3 times already. Please help, this is my only transportation I have.

Hi joey I have a 150cc scooter that I just bought brand new it's a icebear Hawkeye i am having problems going over 25-30 mph I changed out the carburetor still its acting the same which is bogging out when I climb speed to 25-30mph any advice you can give me...?

My 150cc got kart 2 wires to the starter solenoid are hot. I’ve already replaced the solenoid 3 times so I don’t think that’s it. The 2 wires stay hot the whole time it’s running. It will start and run but I have to hit start it because when I turn the key it only clicks. So after a hot start I’m golden I just unplug the starter solenoid and I’m good and wires aren’t hot anymore.

It is highly likely your carb is clogged. It's getting spark and air just no fuel which js why the starter fluid fires it up for a few seconds.

Ikr and it literally takes less time to actually install it than this video and u wouldn't be stopping to explain in real life so you'd think the video would cover the whole installation.. Name of the video after all..

For as simple as a a carborator swap is you leg out alot. You didn't show people how to remove throttle cable, where vacuum hoses go, or fuel lines

One of the new fancy ones u don't have to hook up throttle cables, fuel lines, none of that mess wow!!! It's a shame man, ur a decent sounding presenter and showed inspection but didn't do the second half of the title(which most ppl are probably here for) and show how to install it.. I'd say spend the 5 minutes it takes to install it and make a new video and destroy this video cause u were on the right track then called it a day b4 finishing hooking up ur customers toilet and walked off with them in disbelief..
