I lived most of my life in Riverbank, right next to Modesto (literally, they share at least 3 main roads, McHenry, Oakdale/Sylvan, and at least one other, but its been nearly 20 years now...) I went to Culinary school there, and I remember this guy teaching one of my modules. Glad to see he's still got his passion! And now I want to try that root beer pulled pork.
