Reading that makes me happy! If everyone exercised their rights there would be less people in the system. They over arrest and over police and it is because they operate in fear. Too many people are pro cop and anti freedom.

They would either have mental and as a result physical disorders or would turn into a eunuch and become numb ( unless they were a cluster b personality disordered individual and would be fuelled by it).

No warrant = trespassing. Trespassing after being told to leave = aggravated trespassing. Aggravated Trespassing after being warned = deep trouble.

you dont know how this works at all no warrant does not equal trespassing, you have to be asked to leave and refuse or come back in order to be trespassed. You must be doing two things to commit aggravated trespass: 1. Trespassing 2. Intentionally obstructing, disrupting, or intimidating others from carrying out ‘lawful activities’.

*Green laser?!* I had a crazy drunk neighbor and her boyfriend came banging on multiple doors (including mine) yelling about a green laser, and decided to _walk around to the back of my house_ where they were greeted by me and one of my 2As, then ran off screaming that I pulled a gun on them.

Chatham Police are very enthusiastic about over-aggressive policing. I used to work as a Mobile Security Driver doing alarm response. The Chatham Kent District School Board was one of our clients. I responded to a burglar alarm at a high school one night and found a door latch bypassed woth a plastic fork. Not knowing whether anyone was inside, I called the non-emergency number and requested an officer to assist me in clearing the school. Within two minutes, three Chatham-Kent Dodge Chargers came flying into the parking lot, Code 3, and the cops jumped out of their cars, guns drawn, all hyped up, asking "What've we got. What's goin' on? Where's the suspect?" When I explained the alarm and the insecure door, they left me standing outside, armed with only a Maglite (Canada!), to watch the exit in case the burglar ran out, while they proceeded through the building clearing rooms like a swat team looking for an active shooter. It was nuts! Once they finished, I still had to go through, and confirm the building was secure. (Normally, an officer would simply walk through WITH ME - not have me wait outside!) There were bootprints on about a dozen doors they must have kicked open! When I came back out, they'd already left!

Make a phone call 911, there are armed intruders on my property that refuse to leave. They're dressed as police, but did not identify as police, have no warrant, were not invited on my property, and there is no exigent circumstances. They refuse to leave. I'm feeling my life is in danger and I will apply my 2nd Amendment right. They may come onto the property upright, but they will leave toes up. When they think they are lord over all they survey, this would be an excellent example of how this could be a teachable moment. Just Sayin'.
