Now I get why guys had problems with people carrying live blades in airsoft I didn't think anything of it when I first started (2006 at the Colloseum and Bing Field in Wood River Illinois) but now after doing years of actual defensive force on force training yeah no live blades and I'd go as far as no simulated blades either no intentional physical contact at all

This has been to court multiple times and consistently ruled constitutional. The logic is generally "the people" is not all inclusive, and doesn't include criminals. as demonstrated explicitly by them still being subject to forced servitude, and implicitly as otherwise inprisonment or the death penalty would also be unconstitutional. All off that was practiced while the the writers of the constitution were still alive. It depends where you live, but generally I don't think this is a hill worth dying on when there are so many states where you can have your felon status expunged after 5 years of so. In addition black powder guns fall through the cracks in most places, felons generally still have access to a wide array of shotguns and revolvers.@@jhanks2012

I remember a few days ago seeing a video where a guy was pissing people off by shooting them too close and telling people to cry about it, some people were saying they'd meet that guy in the parking lot if it were them. Others were saying those guys were full of shit. This video should remind people that some people are unhinged as fuck and will in fact stab you over a game of airsoft. And if some dude is willing to stab you, then there are definitely other people who will get into stupid fights about this stuff. Stay safe, no one needs to see stuff like this escalate.

After this incident though, HVA decided to permanently shut down public airsoft games and only allow reservations for private matches. But you have to have 10 people, and pay 300 bucks for 3 hours. Yeah I'll be playing at a different field now lol

@@Filthy_Larry i had my share in that game too. Even when i throw, jump, mash the kich or punch, zone, block a lot. Id get my share of opponent rage and i ask, "What am i suppised to do then? Stand there and do nothin? I used COD because it has a much much higher player base than MK so the odds if getting a threating psycho much higher. I love using the shield. It ruins my rival's odds of using the high tier care packages or quick scoping. In a way, i do increase the time everyone plays on the map rather than the game ending in 2 - 3 minutes.

Even more fucked up? The main 13 year old he was victimizing was out at games and we thought it was his son. I even bought shells off him. I was 15 at the time. Even more fucked up? Yeah he's declared a 'dangerous offender' which in Canada means in prison indefinitely which is usually reserved for serial killers and such and even they get out. This isn't why I got out of airsoft. I was never abused - not that naive nor gay - but other guys contacted me about it after and some others sort of were. Some were around a pool with him and he'd insist on 'bear hugs' though. A lot of fucked UP eh

Remind me of an british ww1 veteran in front of italian restaurant, he was having tremore so the owner kick him from the area but instead of letting him go the owner brought a knife and say "Go away you crazy" and the veteran say "fix bayonets!" (Peaky Blinders)
