If he and other foodies ate all the food or even a quarter of a plate, they would have a heart attack/ be seriously unhealthy. They have to maintain their health, especially if they are not young. Of course, some of them eat everything, but I would not think that is a road to go down for the average food vlogger.

He may know about making it directly in the pot whilst cooking meats but most likely never saw it ready-made out of a bottle, that's a Caribbean thing, mostly Jamaica and Trinidad and Tobago. And making it in the pot is kinda niche thing, certain areas in the South and with Caribbean immigrants or descendants.

@@remnantedwards7144 sorry brother but the oxtaìl look reallly good but that callaloo is not callaloo. AND THE CURRY sorry but trinidad is the king and Queen of curry and callaloo. Jamaicans could cook ah real good oxtail and jerk. But nah That callaloo look like they just steam ochro and bahgi together. And you suppose to cook the curry powder through. hot oil and chunkay the garlic first then put in the curry powder. The chunkay garlic brings out the flavor in the curry. And by cooking the curry through it prevents ah wok belly. Soo that method i see they they lost some points. But any how the food look good overall.

I agree especially if you enjoy flavorful food. I have tried the cuisines of other countries but according to my taste buds: 1. Jamaican, 2. Indian 3. Mexican are the best in the world

Jamaicans used Brown sugar before then upgraded to browning. Some still use brown sugar as an alternative
