I don't care about the main story, i just want the fan service of reiji and meijin

I feel like I'm out of the loop here. This entry in the Build franchise seems pretty cheap in comparison. The animations are awkward, the characters tend to be downgraded if not outright off-model, and the action is short with barely any motion. Even the writing is struggling to balance between an actual story and cramming in as many cameos as it can. Seeing them all together is nice and everything, but I wish it was treated with more respect.

After 10 years, Reiji and Sei made me nostalgic again, even though I was a little disappointed with the appearance of Reiji and Sei, who were not as amazing as the other main characters, but it was enough to make me shudder at their appearance.

Edit: didn’t realize this show was only going to be 3 episodes. Why even make it!?

The 00 Quant Command being there, does that mean that Breakers Universe is also there as well. Would of been cool to see him join in the battle of champions.

I called it. The fact that the Dive system from Build Divers Re:Rise was able transport a persons mind to another world would mean the possibility of Reiji returning could and did happen.

After 10 years, Reji is finally back

Some of those matchups should have had their own full episodes, like Sei and Reiji vs Meijin and Meijin vs the Champion. These would have been amazing battles to see in full. I would have liked to actually see the battle between Rio and his master too.

A shame we couldn't see everyone at their real age and appearance, but that final battle got the spirit of the Build series perfectly, the animation and drawings were fantastic too.

As cool as it is to see Sei and Reiji back. I feel like Sei's characterization here was off.

This episode felt like a reunion with all your childhood friends, and everyone is there and we all were reminiscing about all the fun times

This was criminally too short! This definitely deserved a full series. Still though, to see all of these awesome characters come together into a few episodes was simply amazing. The nostalgia hit so hard, I loved it!

They had so much potential lolllll, champion Vs Mejin

Sei and Reiji vs Meijin was the whole highlight, brought pure tears of happiness to my eyes. This series has brought everything I wanted and more in just 3 episodes. The only downside is that I have placed Rio on the back burner.
