Gujarati Mango Pickle is a traditional pickle recipe using locally available raw mangoes which are cut to small pieces & then pickled with salt, turmeric, fenugreek seeds, mustard seeds & oil. It tastes best with roti or puri & can be stored for long period of 1 year or more. With this simple recipe you can also make your homemade pickle! The pickling process involves sun drying the mangoes & then pickling it masala. Do try this recipe today!

    Most people understand hindi. And we ppl from chennai understand less of that also. This was very easy to follow and I love gujarathi food. So please let her use hindi or English. Tnq.

    Masala ke saath dhup mein Rakha hai toh kadak nahi hoga. Agar sirf aam Ko fehla ke rakhenge toh kadak hoga

    As far as I know only mustard oil is heated till smoking point , no other oil is heated till smoking point .

    Just make sure hands are clean. It doesn't spoil pickle

    Crushed. Rai Ko Mixie mein crush karke le. Lekin methi kuria bazaar se ready le kyuki ghar par pisne se kadvas bahut zyada Hoti hai

    Nahi I didn't forget. Pehle Jo salt Dala woh sufficient hai. Agar aapko aur salt dalna hai toh 1 TSP jitna dal sakte hai

    At the time of achar preparation u have not mix Salt? Only used in start with Haldi ...pl clarify salt will be mix or not with sauf and pele sarso

    Salt is not needed in masala as we used large amount of salt in mangoes before. But you want you can add some salt in masala as well

    Aapne 3.55 minute pe bola hai dhup me 5 days ke liye dhup me rakh de Mai ese hi bata rahi hu bhul nikalne ke liye nahi plastic ese bhi achha nahi aur dhup me rakhe to to aur kharab hai sehat ke liye 🙏🏻
