Guided Deep Sleep Meditation for Developing a Positive Perspective and Gratitude | Mindful Movement

Тәжірибелік нұсқаулар және стиль

Today, more than ever, it is important to see the silver lining. This deep sleep meditation is designed to help you develop and strengthen a positive perspective as well as cultivate gratitude for what you have and your present moment.
If you are feeling stressed, or having difficulty getting out of a negative mindset, this practice can be just what you need to experience inner peace and shift to seeing the positive. Get ready to heal and restore your body, relieve stress, and bring compassion and love into your heart.
Begin this meditation with the intention to develop a positive perspective and connect with gratitude. May you experience peace, joy, and a connection with gratitude. May this practice invite you to cherish all that you are and all that you have in this moment. And may you be open to seeing the positive, silver lining in your experiences.

Been meditating every morning and night for the last week or so. This stuff slaps. Even if it’s just ten minutes - it makes a big difference in your day.

Ive been having extreme trouble falling asleep after i wake up from 4-5 hours of sleep. I go to bed listening to this video, and im asleep within 20 minutes. I woke up 3 times all 2 hours apart, and each time, i was passed out within 20 minutes of the video. I feel so much better and well rested.

Ma'am I just want to say thank you for everything that you do. Although you don't know me personally you have been i would say my most helpful guide now for quite some time. You are a very patient lady who is also very nice for doing what you do. I am really trying my best to become my true self and my life circumstances as well as my ADHD have not made it an by no means an easy journey and although I still do not know how it feels to completely relax you have been able to guide me so close that I sometimes am not able to hold back my emotions. I believe that they are emotions of gratitude because I truly am grateful for your help. Im sorry that I don't like your videos as much as you deserve usually I'm just a wreck trying to find some peace of mind or relief from stress so much so that I forget but I'm going to try my best to start doing that for you every time right before I start your videos because you really do deserve it. One thing and the main reason that prompted me to write this comment is that I am currently feeling like I am having either an anxiety attack or a panic attack at this point in time and I tried to find a meditation for that but I noticed that you don't seem to have one specifically for that and I'm not sure if I'm missing something or if there is another meditation that you do for that so I am just going to try one of them and hope that just relaxing is enough to provide some relief because it's kinda hurting a little. If for future reference you can possibly make a recommendation what meditation I should use in this situation i would greatly appreciate it ma'am. Thank you again and I hope you have a great day.

My anxiety has been racing the last 2 week I’ve had a negative mind set along with hypochondria very severely . I had 3/4 of absolute torture with my mind set tricking my thoughts into thinking I had covid ( I didn’t ) .... I only started meditating 3 days ago before I go to sleep it’s helped me so much to clear my thoughts and empty my mind .... I keep thinking I’m the only person on the planet with this and no one else is affected by it just me so opening up to people is tricky especially with me being male Thank you so much for these videos

whodafunk it’s a horrible pattern of thought for me bro it takes one small thing to trigger days of anxious and hypochondria thinking .... I’m sleeping a bit better as these videos help clear my mind and slow my breathing down to a normal level not that of manic chest breaths which I’ve learnt feeds the situation even more .... if you ever need a friendly ear bro don’t hesitate to get in touch or anyone come to think of it Warrior

I am listening every night at moment to try & set small goals for following day & the repetition of listening every night for a good few nights is paying off. Thank you for sharing your work. Also your voice is so gentle & soothing it’s generally very relaxing anyway. Many thanks.

Beautiful. The only comforting peace and calm in my life at the moment. Life breath and oxygen, this is what these videos are to me. Thank you. Pls, I have a request. Would you consider making the music in some vids that you make for sleep (and after your voice stops) a very small amount louder, as I like to hear it once your vocal stops, as it lulls me further into sleep. Thank you 🙏💙

Hi all! I have a question and I was wondering if anyone would have an answer for me. This is my favourite night time meditation to fall asleep to, but everytime I listen to it I have nightmares all night. Does anyone know what that means? They're usually very anxiety inducing about things in my past, things that might happen, etc.

I wonder if it isn't because it let's you 'let go' of the control/'manager'-- as described in 'The body keeps the score' - - that keeps those things buried. You might look into EMDR therapy to deal with the past trauma. It has been a wonderful tool to deal with past trauma for my family.

Would like to point out that with disorders like RA, lupus, etc where joints hurt all day, focusing deeply on them is NOT relaxing. I thank my body for taking me effectively through each day, check in each morning to see what works and what is taking a break for the day, going to sleep it is much more relaxing to go somewhere Other than my body parts. Mentioning because it seems like more and more often the medications from various sites focus on body scan, and that is not necessarily a relaxing thing

Check out some thing about Somatic Expirience. It is not helpfull to stay present with owerwhelming body sensations because it can bring more of the shutdown or freeze response into system. Not every practice is good for every human. Even meditations wich are popular these days. We live in culture where we have more survival energy then Budha had. So we cant take account to practice advanced practice if we are full with traumas, and survival stress energy.. Maybe this helps as explanation.

I have chronic pain all day every day and I have learnt alot through therapy about disassociation and pain. Pain hyposensitivity is associated with dissociation, Chronic pain intensity is associated with both dissociation and anxiety so acknowledging the pain is a good practice to rewire your brain to feel less. All pain is in the brain.
