For me the most incredible part of this series is Mason's continuous faith in the "no repeat movies" rule being honoured, despite it being shown time and time again that rules and laws mean nothing to James.

I guessed High School Musical on the "VIRGIN" question. Glad I wasn't too far off since it was actually the Joker. Damn you James.

What great timing, considering I started listening to the pod from the beginning and episode 33: Best & Worst X-Men Films. 😄

I got 9/15 and the first Joker one. I was so proud of myself and then immediately felt like Mason when James put in a second Joker lol.

Fun fact: originally Beast had a bigger role in the 1st movie, but this was before he became a furry. They were trying to figure out how to do the change, on or off-screen, practical or still difficult fully digital cgi fx, etc. Eventually, they decided to do some with make-up, then farm out the rendering of the blue-ish fur to an outside company that could do it cheaper. Which is why they nicknamed the sequel: Blue Harvest, which was the original name for Star Wars. 🙂

Am I alone in sort-of liking First Class? I'm not sure if it was a good X-Men movie, but it was a fun little bottle episode. I liked the characters and the teleporting character with the sword and dragon was fun.

Brooo. I read so many of the animorphs books in grade school. I think the series had a really dark ending actually.

Its a shame that nobody ever talks about The Wolverine because it definitely has way more enjoyable scenes that half of the other X-men movies.

I feel like a fun one of these to do would be Guess the Wacky Superhero Movies by the Savage Review so stuff like Howard The Duck, Ghost Rider 2, Justice League of America from the 90s, etc.
