    Turkish sometimes sound like Persian and urdu/hindi to me. For example they called their father as baba. I know under moghul empire, mongol which is cousin of turkey did invade northern India.

    I don't know why people are saying the Turkish girl has an accent. I was born and raised in Istanbul, and she speaks perfectly. Also, she looks extremely Turkish to me; my school was full of girls like her, both in style and physical traits. I don't even need to explain how her attitude screams Turkish 😅

    City names may be different in each language, probably it's allowed for that. For example, Warsaw in Portuguese is Varsóvia. Also, some capital cities are not well known worldwide.

    Turkish girl who is half hungarian has a casual Istanbul/ Turkey accent at all. As a turk who never lived abroad I can say it. It is not different at all that I couldnt say she is a mix or she lived in hungaria. She looks turkish, she speaks typical Istanbul Turkish accent and she absolutely has the attitude of a Turkish girl😂 Loves from Turkey!❤❤❤🇹🇷🇹🇷🇹🇷🇹🇷

    I love the Turkish girl's energy. Won't even comment on whether she looks Turkish because it doesn't matter and Turks come in many different colors. I didn't notice an accent though. I'm from Istanbul and she sounds like any other person from Istanbul. The attitude and responses are also typically Turkish.

    Still kinda hard to guess if the name is very different, and of course, if you don't know it. Like, Jakarta doesn't change for these idioms, but Warsaw does, for Portuguese it is Varsóvia

    As a Bulgarian who has been learning Turkish for years I don't know if I'm angry or glad that Turkish was the most difficult language for them... 😅 But I'm impressed by their geography knowledge and the fact that they know about the Balkan peninsula.

    @@loraivanova8635 eğer anadili Türkçe olan biri gibi öğrenirsen asıl ne anlatmak istediğimi anlayacaksın. Sondan eklenebilir bir dil olduğu için kendi ayrı dilini bile oluşturabiliyorsun. Bu yüzden Latin alfabesiyle harika bir uyumu var. Ти си страхотен :)

    Interesting to me that so many people are confused since I consider this very basic. Most hotels I have stayed in have a ballroom. Why do they call it a ballroom? because it’s a room designed for holding balls. Just like we say bathroom for rooms where people take baths. I have been to many balls over the years. They can be kind of boring if you don’t have a taste for pageantry.

    I personnally didn’t appreciate the fact that they ask the participants for their capital cities because it makes the video out of its context 😕. They are supposed to guess the country based on the language, not based in its geography or capital !!

    the turkish girl doesnt have an accent. yes she says k a little bit harshly but in some regions of turkey, people do speak like that lol instead of standard accent she has a little bit of anatolian accent, which is still native 😅

    8:24 A lot of Indonesians may not aware that the words they use are loanwords because the sound has shifted. Some of the Indonesian loanwords from Portuguese are bendera (Indonesian)/bandeira (Portuguese) = flag, palsu (Indonesian)/ falso (Portuguese) =fake, keju/ queijo = cheese, mentega/manteiga =butter, pesta/ festa =party, renda/ renda = lace, sepatu/ sapato = shoes, boneka / boneca = doll.

    I'd have asked for numbers. "Bir, iki, üç, dört, beş" is obviously different from "egy, kettö, három, négy, öt". When they asked about coffee, did they know what "evet" means?

    Yey, I'm detecting Polish more easily each time! I didn't catch Turkish at all (I didn't thought it was Romanian, because it sounded too distant from my native Spanish, even if I know Romanian is already distant from Spanish, but not too much), and I just guessed it without fundament at the end, right before the final answer.
