I live in California and let's just say most make-up artist that work in salons and department stores don't do this... I AM A MAKE-UP ARTIST.... FYI.... I worked at Victoria secret/micabella, Sephora and all companies said "don't waste samples trying to match clients just put the bottle up to neck to match the shade" LMFAO did I listen?!?! No.... And because of that they let me go 🤷🤣 that's how ghetto California is 🤦🙄 can't wait to leave this state lol

I had the eyeliner, I didn't like it as it was melting and smudging(and I don't have oily skin), the eyebrow pencil I rather use benefit because I didn't like it either, I tried the foundation and at least for me it didn't work on my skin, but I have really difficult skin so I guess is normal. I like Gucci's clothes and Eyewear tho

She did perfect eyeliner for her hooded eyes. As the others have said, she is very professional & I hope she got her raise/acknowledgment of her excellent makeup skills & client service. She is one of the best Judy has had! I hope she has been promoted to a training position- other artists can learn a lot from her. The fact that she has acknowledged all of the feedback & will use this as a learning experience is evidence of her commitment to excellence. Gucci should be very proud to have her on their team. I hope Gucci sees this.

This makeup artist is beyond far the best we’ve seen. She also MATCHED your skin tone & didn’t make you have crazy colors. I for one love how close the eyeshadow & lipstick matched beautifully together. How she explained every product was amazing as well!

I’ve seen Judy go through such torture with sub par make overs. Watching a REAL makeup artist give her such a lovely look is really a relief! 😮‍💨 Not to mention, the MUA was so kind and informative. I really liked that she acknowledged the camera. If I’m ever in Dubai, I’ll see if she’s still there. ✌🏼

She complimented you, explained as she went along, was gentle and professional, and did an amazing job! This makeup artist deserves recognition! ♡

My first time watching Judy was with the sketchy bridal makeup where they didn’t have make up like lipstick 😵‍💫 This was lovely to see her treated so kindly and pampered. Also what a great add for Gucci. I don’t wear make up often anymore and now I feel I’ll only wear Gucci 😂

Absolutely love Mata, she's fabulous! The way she explained everything, wasn't pushy, took her time, that's everything! All her choices really suited your timeless, classic, elegant look. Beautiful, just beautiful.

I gave up makeup years ago.....now I want to go to Gucci anyway. Mamita Rai's light hand and natural makeup was such a breath of fresh air after so many years of watching youtubers apply triangles and bake and use battery operated fans and cut creases and all the rest of the crazy excess. Judy looks phenomenal.

Finally a simple but very nice look that really complements Judy!

This is the best marketing for Gucci, I loved the look and everything about the MUA! It's refreshing to see Judy so well treated and looking so well. Hope the MUA gets all the recognition she deserves, because now I want to get all these products for myself!

I went to visit NYC in 2009 and whilst in Bloomingdale’s I was invited by Dior’s senior art director for a makeover. He literally pulled me off the shopping floor saying he liked my makeup and asked if he could put his spin on it. The result was amazing, I would never have done it that way myself but it was totally fab. He even gifted me every single product he used including a Dior beauty bag to put it all in together with a bottle of Midnight Poison. One of the best experiences ever.

That right there, this is how brands build loyalty. You’ll always think positively of the brand now and when you see someone discussing it (like now) you share the story. It costs them so little for the return they get. I bet if most brands slashed their advertising budget in half and used what they saved on having more real MUA’s at counters giving away product randomly like this sales would be even higher. After all the product is really so good, you’ll want to try more of the line and replace what was gifted when you run out.

Yeah, its not like no other brands can give those colours or the texture, its an experience of being a centerpiece and well looked after! The rep is very good even though English doesn't seem her 1st language, but she did give loads of details about the product as well as serve well! I had an experience of make-up application, performed by a rep from Dior in London mall. Felt very similar, natural beauty and was ready to purchase right away! Its very therapeutic experience & we, girls in need of such, occasionally! Thank you for sharing

She is so polite, calm and gracious in her delivery. Listening to her was relaxing and though she was selling the products it didn't feel overwhelming and stressful.

This woman does a wonderful job! She explains every product she's using on you and she pauses before using it almost as if she is giving you time to say yes or no which is absolutely amazing! She listens, answers questions and everything in between! This is the type of service people want when they go for any kind of beauty service! I would trust her with my life! Beautiful beautiful beautiful!

She completed the whole look with the perfume! I love it and love her!

8:28 you can tell Judy was really touched with this compliment because other rude makeup artists usually complain about her lips/nose and make her feel self conscious about them

Yes, that was the thing that really stood out for me. Nothing worse than when you're paying a MUA or hairdresser and they feel the need to point out your flaws to you, as though you're unaware of them. Their job is to make you look and feel your best, not insult you.

This make up artist is amazing! She knew what she was talking about, some makeup artists don’t care about hygiene on customers face when putting makeup, but she did and applied cream, she was also careful and gentle when putting makeup on Judys face!

Literally night and day from all the other MUA's you've seen! She is so well-spoken and really knows what she's doing when it comes to the products, their ingredients, and how to use them!

Mamta is a very nice lady, she kept saying Masha'Allah when talking about how beautiful your skin is, and in Arabic, Masha'Allah is used to explain how much someone is impressed by the goodness and beautifulness in front of them. She also did a great job, very natural yet classy make up. You looked the beautiful woman you are, and the make up only added to that. Now I wanna spend my money on Gucci make up hahahaha.

@@evakal9293 my point was that the KZreadr is making money off the video, and Gucci might experience increased online sales because of the KZreadr’s influence, but what is the makeup artist getting out of it? Not much. And that doesn’t strike me as very fair. She’s the one with the talent generating revenue for the KZreadr and Gucci. She should get a cut of the sales.

This MUA was 💯 the way she was gentle, showed the product to you & told you what she was using!! I could not get enough of how amazing she was at her job! So happy you had the chance to enjoy an experience like this!!!❤🎉😊

Oh my gosh this is amazing!!!!! I wish every makeup artist was as nice kind caring respectful and patient like her. Gucci is so lucky to have her working there in that store with the make-up and stuff.

I love the difference in your vibe when you are being pampered by an expert vs going to a worst reviewed salon. You are absolutely glowing at the end. I love when the artist works with your features, I think your lips are so pretty and a lot of people have no idea what to do with your pout but I love the end result here.

The makeup artist was so kind and sweet! She actually was trying to match your skin tone well and wasn’t just making you orange.

This is a great example of how less is more. The model did have pretty features but the make up artist really hilighted her features while the overall look was still very natural and soft. Wish my makeup ended up looking soft like that. The makeup artists touch was so gentle. The Gucci make up containers were beautiful as well. I bet she got some looks when she boarded the plane to go home.

The MUA did an amazing job! So informative and helpful - well done Mamita!!
