The way Ivan worked was just mesmerising. Sometimes it was like he was a pianist, sometimes a painter and sometimes a sculptor. I bet he’s painting beautiful art at home 👨🏽‍🎨

That artist's hands are SO clean! Nice nails, good texture, and I bet it's so refreshing compared to the artists Judy has had to deal with who have dirty nails and use their skin ash as setting powder. Also, Spanish makeup style looks really natural. Like it just enhances a person's best features and lets the skin just work. It's lovely.

We need to protect Ivan at all costs. Something about him just melts my heart, he seems so freaking sweet ugh.

You see all those CLEAN brushes he uses and so many smaller ones for detail work? It is so refreshing to see.💕 OMG he even has a makeup brush belt with lots of clean brushes and other tools and Judy isn’t being used as a table!!!

I would love to have my makeup and skincare done by then. They both where just so gentle and enjoyed what they where doing. They made the client feel comfortable and that’s so important bc most just want you to get in and get out plus a check 😅

It’s simple. Ivan is a TRUE MUA. The artist in “makeup artist”. His hands are making works of art so his hand movements are PART of that art. A true artist is always fascinating to watch.

I love it when you can tell that someone loves what they do for a living. Monica is literally gushing when she's talking about her products, and Ivan looks as if he is completely absorbed and in his element as he concentrates while doing your makeup.

Ivan is a such dream make up artist. This is the only time I wanna trade places with you! It looks so relaxing. 😍

Dude is an artist. The way he moved the brushes against her skin was like she was the most expensive canvas he had ever worked on. Just amazing.

Ivan is not just an amazing artist, he has an amazing soul💕🙌

Holy crap these people are AMAZING!! And Ivan is an artist in his movements. You were so red and flushed and after the skin prep you looked so refreshed, fresh faced, and beautiful!! Ivan had an easy job because he was right, you barely needed any makeup. But seriously, he flicked and swished, and brushed with such beautiful movements to bring out your natural beauty even more!! I wish The Lab Room was available everywhere in the world!!

Your skin is GLOWING! Love the shades he chose for your eyes and lips. Love that he told you that your eyes are perfect 🥰 And didn't ONCE ask to pluck your eyebrows! This look is perfection!

You can tell Ivan loves what he does. That man comes to work ready to make anyone look their absolute best and leave feeling phenomenal.

Love it, although I think the contour could've been blended better and the colour was a bit too dark for you!

Yess the contour needed much more blending unfortunately . It ended up looking muddy and it should've been blended up the cheekbone not down

I thought so too, but to give him the benefit of the doubt, he might not have been able to get to that side because of the camera equipment. The order he does the contour was a question mark for me. The contour color may have been alright if he did the contour before the base or if he went over it with the foundation brush. He also might have been nervous.

I actually would LOVE to see full video of the whole makeup process!! The way Ivan does it makes it sooo relaxing!

6:34 Wow. That is something z i never thought I would hear a person who works at a makeup place say! He's so so so so nice, and was being so kind the entire time! You could see by how gentle he was being that he had his own rhythm, and this came natural. Wow!

The makeup looked effortless, flawless, and natural. Perfect for summer weather. His technique was spot on. Light handed, and very minimal product. That is key for no makeup, makeup look.

@@mushistrauss7360 at around 10:05, is that what you're talking about? If so, it's contour. He used it on her nose under her cheekbones and jawline. Bronzer is used on the high points of the face to give you a sun kissed appearance.

@@PARAZARELLE I know the difference, what I'm saying is that we don't know if he used a contour or a bronzer or even a blush to do the contouring, the fact he put the product on the contour parts doesn't mean he used a contour. In Spain people tend to use several tones of bronzer or blush to contour their faces. So to me, this is a cooler bronzer unless he says otherwise ^^
