i mean you played every game more for quality, so you could actually get more fps if you would push every game setting for perfomance

I still have a 1060 6gb and was considering using it as an egpu on my um970 pro mini pc. all I need is 30 to 60 fps at 1080p medium to ultra... still quite capable I believe.

Arkham knight is so inconsistent with its frame rate, my main problem is that the game hasn’t loaded the area I’m gliding to, idk what the crack is with that as I have no knowledge about pc’s whatsoever, apart from downloading mods which actually isn’t the hinderance to any of my issues 🤔

That starfield is actually playable at 30 fps? Dang

No doubt it is 🔥

I still have this card but as you see it works almost at full power. I bought RTX 4060Ti 16gb which most say its not worth the price but that was my money. When I have switched from 1060 to 4060TI the GPU load on the new card is around 20-40 % when 1060 gb use 100%. I dont have a bottleneck, only the card at 1080 resolution has nothing to do. The real game starts when I use RTX games then the GPU use the full power. :)

I guess I need a better cpu cooler to maintain the temp. This is the reason why my cpu temp is usually higher than gpu 😅

I didn't had cpu bottleneck with this specs. GTX 1060 works fine with i7 4770 🤗

i reccomend u use gtx 1050 ti because i7-4770K is in a bottleneck with gtx 1060, or just upgrade your cpu

@@JacobWard101 I'm not sure what would be price of gpu in your country. However I suggest you to go for RTX 2000 series (atleast 2060 super) or buy RX 5600XT, RX 5700 XT (depending on your budget) And thank you for appreciation 🤗

Hi, can I ask why I have the same specs (CPU, GPU and RAM) but every games that I played, I have fps drops constantly. Even with older games like Assassin Creed 2 or GTA IV. Thank you in advance

I don’t know why it’s happening to you because I haven’t got to face such kind of issue. Maybe your hdd has low rpm which is causing fps drops or make sure your cpu temp is not high 🤔

U might have apps running in the background.i suggest avg pc tuneup or any related software that can put the apps to sleep when you not using them.

Mine used to be a lot better and idk what’s wrong with it. It barely keeps 120fps on the lowest settings. It wasn’t even that heavily used and the pc was used more by my friend coming over than myself. What can be wrong with it?

It is because gtx 1060 was launched back in 2016 and games are much more advance now so it is obvious you gonna see decrease in performance. But still it isn’t bad in budget price.

TLOS previous version had fsr 1 and it's got FSR 3 in recent update. Why would I waste weeks to make fake benchmark ? So better research before comment something.
