Richmond, suburb of Melbourne, is where a lot of those Monaro's used to get drifted on Friday nights :) Only about 30 minutes drive from where they were assembled.

@@dix4myg278 wasnt a monaro of the future at all, it was the same car they made in like 98 that was a 4 door and they just took two doors gave it a new bumper and called it good lmao. they're doing well nowadays, people want a good chunk of change for a beat up shell. Dont blame them either, i see multiple mustangs everyday, a million dodges, and corvettes but i only see a gto once every 7 months or so.

Complete waste of tires! All the people that think drifting is so amazing watch it in person. It is one of the most boring actions ever witnessed. a person who drifts cars would probably be five minutes behind a Formula One driver on the same course 90% of the time it is a useless skill handful of times there is a purpose for it it stunt driving!

I used to "think" like you till I realized there's noting more boring than F1, and ghaye as fuck too much like all the cream princesses that are behind the wheels of the late F1s. I did not compare them. I was addressing the supporters of this kid. I did not mean to offend you. Glad you appreciate both forms. BTW, I LOVE Tokyo Drift. Drives my friends and family nuts. So maybe, I do like drifting. How do you feel about rally car racing, where drifting on loose roads is a constant? They are some of the most amazing drivers. Go sideways, go fun, it is NOT easy as you think it is. A lot of factors (mostly unpredictable ones) come into play when pulling shit like this (allow "shit" to be used, dont go full on buckingham palace on me please). What this guy is doing is a lot safer (and more entertaining for both driver and spectators) than actual racing on the streets. And sadly, with the ever increasing bans and restrictions on motorsports, it is the only way an enthusiast can get their fix. No one was put in danger, the thing is fun and cool to watch, and like I said... F1 to ME, is boring. Kindest of regards
