Because that specific mini gun, does not use an exposed belt for ammunition storage. Instead, you can see a drum attached to it. The belt is not visible exposed, it is coiled up inside of said drum.

@@super4elgt you can get your first 500k at the very beggining of the game with pretty low effort, if you do the treasure hunt (250k) and the mission for Maude (also 250k). Of course a high quality apartment (over 200k which include heists), a car with basic tuning, and some cheap weapons are way better place for this early money.

The Widowmaker helped me kill a player. I was in a jet and it was night i couldnt see him, luckily he shot with the widowmaker at me. He helped me to find him quick i just needed to fire at the laserbeams. Not so clever from him but good for me.

Well i tested minigun in GTA SA. I shot it once at a car, and it take 3-4 hits for it to explode.

They are both the same in nature BUT- my friend pointed this out, you hold the widowmaker lower which makes it so you can’t aim over certain walls to hit people, I have tested this at the government facility that you go to in the doomsday server farm setup and got the results, there’s a small wall that the widowmaker can’t shoot over but the mini gun can, in conclusion, just level up to get the mini gun, it’s better to grind the road and buy it for 50k than spend 500k and never end up using it like me.

First of all there was no reason to put the mini gun input because both statements have the same point which is that lazers are weaker than bullets. Secondly, lazers are weaker then bullets in real life also (if we are talking about guns), that's how physics work duh

Probably because of energy issues, I mean, the Widowmaker can shoot a bunch of lasers at you which is impossible in real life as of now. So more than likely it doesn’t have a good enough wattage output

You can aim a little higher in first person with the Minigun, which is useful for airborne targets. Plus you won't have a gigantic beam of light giving away your position.

Phlem Taco the iPhone X can run 1080p, but the XR can’t, the XR is the cheaper/budget version so you should expect some drawbacks, I’ve used an iPhone XR and it really makes very little difference

If anyone's still wondering which to buy, they're both the same gun. Widowmaker just got a reskin, the only reason he got different results is due to rng and basic human error (things like not shooting at the same exact spot, etc.) If you're wondering about the unholy deathbringer, it's the same gun as the base combat mg, apart from the fact you don't have to reload. If you want to save money, get the minigun, if you want to skip the grind to 120, get the widowmaker.

GTA V was fun until online came out. Gta v's community is full of shit. Literally every session online you go to is filled with griefers, "tryhards", and toxic people. Plus it's really hard to make money in the game, so rockstar just forces you to pay real money for a little amount of money in game. Plus since the cool stuff in gta are overpriced, that means you have to grind for it.

They are exactly the same. The lazer guns(apart from the up n' atomizer) are just reskins of guns that are already in the game. Still great video keep up the good work!

I can't believe the amount of people agreeing with the OP. Lasers do not have an application against people like this, at least not like bullets. It would take an incredibly high power laser to rip through a human like a regular bullet can, and that will kill much faster that being cooked by light. Lasers have their application against light armor and fast movers, and surprise surprise, that's how the US Navy uses them.

For everyone asking, these weapons are almost the same, just with different skins. In some cases default minigun is better and it has lower price

The Widowmaker might be more expensive but you can get it at rank 1. The Minigun only unlocks at rank 120.

Its strange how in this mod, the widowmaker spinning sound, sounds the same as the minigun.

I didn't see anyone mention this for some reason but the mini gun and widowmaker both have the same ammo pool. I realized this a couple months ago since I was firing the mini gun a lot and hadn't shot the widowmaker yet the widowmaker lost the same amount of ammo the mini gun did. And it is the same for the grenade launcher and the compact grenade launcher

The laser actually comes out lower compared to the minigun's bullets, so you cant shoot over certain obstacles that you would usually be able to shoot over with the minigun. Prime example being the boxes and whatnot in Doomsday Act III, the lazers shoot the boxes instead of going over them

the widowmaker is pretty much a minigun for lvl 1 players (and low level tryhards with no life)

@@SMLMarathons729 widow does less damage but it has a much faster fire rate thus creating more damage per second so widow makers does more damage per second but unholy does more damage per bullet

The widowmaker makes a different noise before shooting

Yup, it's just a reskin minigun with a different firing sound (the spooling is the same sound tho) and no level requirement, but 10x the price too. :( That just shows how Shark Cards effect the sales. The Homing Launcher is around 75k! Yet we got a reskinned minigun more expensive than a great deal of the older super cars!

The widow maker seems to have a relative lower aim than mini gun and makes it hard to shoot targets when you stand behind a short wall, you either hit the wall or you hit the ceiling

Not necessarily. The vehicle destruction time is the only thing that was different. And that is nearly random. There can be a major time difference do to the bullet spread, which is not controlled by the player. They could have used the same weapon on the same car and could have gotten a completely different time. It took way to many words to explain that. But it is understandable why you might have come to that conclusion.
