Usually player (ONLINE mode only) gains only one such flare when he/she choose an Airstrike option when he/she calls to Merryweather.Then he should throw it to that place he need to be airstrike bombed before it's too late.

thats because rockstar nefed the damage on this and hollow point rounds on revolvers. both use to be 1 hit kill anywhere on the body at one point.

Normal NPC's do as well. I shot a regular NPC with explosive rounds to the head

They should add a mechanise where for every 49 flare a player throw, there are a chance of it being a dynamite.

All the weapons have Good Range and can kill through glass exept Flare+battle axe Battle axe: at least im useful at the butchers Flare: at least im useful at Night

Can we talk about how funny Franklin just yelling at the SWAT as he shoots them is?

So you're telling me the pump shotgun and the heavy sniper can have explosive ammo in these tests but the special carbine doesn't even have full metal jacket rounds. If it did then the test at 5:02 would be a piece of cake.

Than the gun have a 30 or 60 magazine. When it is mk2 there aren’t 100 round magazines.
