I can see in your video, there are three slots around the upper race. Put a chisel in there at an angle and break the outer race in pieces.
What size is top bearing
I have never do this so sorry for my dumb question - what is that conversion stem kit for ? To get front part higher ? If not could you use original stem (with proper bearings) ? Thank you. Subscribed.

you may be able to just use conversion bearings I'm not sure

Sorry i don’t really know those bikes bust i’m sure it would, just need to find the right conversion kit or bearings needed
How long is the conversion kit stem? Looking to do the same on a gsx1100g

It's quite long, longer than the GSXR stem and I had to use a few spacers on the bottom as you can see in the video
