Agree with the above, this is a game changer! I’ve been waiting for years for a custom skills challenge to dial in my wedges. Long gone are the days of creating short par 3 courses to hit 20-70 yard shots and then waist time chipping and putting just to get to the next shot. Now I can efficiently hit the wedge shot and move to the next shot. I also like that the target is larger for long shots and shorter for short shots. Lastly, your final score will help you keep track of progress to see if you are improving. Hats off to GSPro and there business model, which is taking consumer feedback and needs and rapidly adapting and bringing the customer request to market. Well done! PS Thanks for showing how to make your own skills challenge 🙏🏾

You and many others would like that. Connection to that device really relies on the device manufacturer allowing it and working with GSPro to make happen. The buck stops with them, not GSPro.

great updates. What I would love to see is the option to change the default driving range from any of the courses Driving ranges (just save a few button clicks if you really like a driving range and it can be made the default range that loads when Driving Range is selected)

Thanks for keeping us updated. Love the new laser mode! It allows you play in hardcore mode with minimal UI like real life. Any keyboard shortcut for it though? Too bad they don't have a beta changelog web page like stable one. One feature I wish they added is a way to disable that slow fade-to-black between shot.. It's slow and would rather have a direct cut personally.

There is something like that for suggestions in Discord as well as a place for bug reports. You can always email support with ideas and suggestions. They are always open to them. If it’s a good one it gets brought up in discussions and then added to the road map if it’s received well. Keep in mind that there is only so much 2 programmers can do and the road map list is already pretty big. There is always more to come so buckle up - more goodies are coming.

Ralph: What is the adjustment you can set for a beginner to play with more experienced golfers. It boosts the shot and maybe keeps the ball more in play?? Thanks for your awesome videos

I think I would setup his player settings and change a couple things... Ball Shape: Move it all the way to the left "Most Restricted" Play Mode: Casual (allows for reduced penalties in rough, deep rough) and maybe grant a little boost in power. An alternate to boost, would be to have them play a more forward tee than you are. Hope that helps! Have fun.

Hey Ralph - Thanks for your tips and previews! Any idea if the OP36 features were developed in such a way that they can be applied/added to existing courses? Or if designers can easily add to their current/future projects?

The first iteration of OP36 will be limited to the courses presented in the Public Beta. The plan is to expend it to others in the future. Thanks for watching and commenting. Subscriber interaction is a big deal and I appreciate it.

Thanks Ralph, can you understand the scoring on the customs skills?? Makes no sense to me? The built in Skills Test is pretty clear with the scoring per shot and the accumulated average. I’m assuming it is total distance rather than carry?

I will see what details I can get from the programmers. I do know you can see the score for each shot which gives a little bit of insight to the scoring.

I’ve been trying to get my kids to play in my simulator for years and they never want to but they have awesome time with the operation 36

I love this feature. Can you explan why you enter the shot three times instead of enter a shot one and increase the "attempts" slider to 3 (at 14:07)?

I was dumb.... lol. Seriously, I was in a hurry, had a serious head cold and just wasn't thinking. You are correct, select the shot you want and then simply increase the shot counter. Thank you. I will be doing a follow up video of this feature alone once we are out of beta and it becomes an official release. Thank you as always for watching and comments like this help make the channel better.
