My skin is the same as the original poster. Inl had bad inflammatory acne for over 14 years. I always looked after my skin but I personally think a change of hormones has finally cleared my skin up after all these years. However, I'm 42 now and dealing with perimenopause symptoms😢​@@diopfifi4937

You should spray flonase in the center of the nose. It dissoves the septum over time. Spray it angularly away from the septum. (I'm a licensed pharmacy tech in germany btw)

WHY OH WHY would u want to dislove ur septum?!?!?!? so u have any recommendations for a scab in my nose? something to heal it faster? & maybe even repair it? strengthen it?

I have to honestly say that since I started watching your videos and absorbing soooo much information 😅😅😅 I stopped wearing foundation, I just want to make clear that you have never tell anyone to stop wearing foundation, that was my decision after learning how to take care of my skin and find what works for my skin issues. Oh my god i know me too! My skin looks ugly compared to hers. Makes me depressed. I guess i should go to a dermatologist sometime cause im not totally sure what all i should be using for my face to make it look way better. I do some stuff at least so i wash my face once a day, moisturize 2 times a day, exfoliate usually 2 times a week and then ill also use some kind of retinol.
