You said to to charge certain prices upfront for the challenges where if they hit a certain goal they get money back or gym credit, yet when do we charge them. Do we collect their credit card over the phone during one of the reach outs? charge them during their first class? or another time?

Does this work for only gyms or can this work for online coaches/in person trainers?

Take profits whenever you can, but if you're getting really cheap lead costs, I would maximize your client acquisition
Great content how do you make money on the down sell when its only 49 per week with 3 training sessions per week?

@@GymLaunch I heard you mention in a different webinar that they get the 600$ back either in cash or, as you said, applied to their next membership. What if they request cash back? It would be risky to use the 600$ as adspend for CAC if it's possible I need to return it all later.
What result must the participants achieve in order to win? Is it a fixed weight or percentage of BW?

Typically we see 15-25lbs lost or 4-6% body fat - however it really depends on what you want to do
One question, in several videos I heard you say that your rule is to do no more than 3 sessions per week, does this mean that in the 6 week challenge they get 18 sessions? and in the 21 day challenge they get 7? I am a bit confused

Correct on 6 weeks, they get 18 sessions and 21 days they get 9 sessions

We've found the best results come from having a fitness component within a martial arts studio to attract new members works best - ESPECIALLY if it's adults only
What if they say no to option B? Especially if it is an access only facility with $30 monthly memberships and they just want unlimited access.

If you offer 3 options - challenge, large group, and open access give em open access if they say no to the first 2. Then you have them as a customer and can upsell later on
Love the content but I’m worried about the offer. My program is not that great to be charging $599. Any advice on how to improve my offer to justify a price of $599?
