  So, let me get this straight… I should charge more than other gyms, charge more often than other gyms, and constantly change (raise) prices on my members? Why would anyone go to my gym at that point?

  So your charge me 13 times for 12 months of service and my bill due date changes each month at some point all these business experts are going to have to realize there are only so many weathly folks and alot of regular folks need service too but make no mistake they will go without before they get ripped off

  Well, the fact is that most people don't notice. It feels like you are billed once every month. If you pay for Spotify premium, that is on a 4 week cycle. As he said, it's only a 10% margin for a gym. When you switch to 4 weeks, a $100 membership costs about $108 per month. Meanwhile, your profit margin increases by 70% to about 17%. Now, further on, there's three ways to go about this 1) Keep raising prices (Good for premium gyms) 2) Drop the subscription to about $92. Same profit margin as before but better price for customers. (For cheaper gyms) 3) Keep the price the same for longer.
