As a CPA (Ph), I appreciate Alex mentioning audit-ready financials. Business owners usually smaller ones do not take their financials seriously. That's why they hire inexperienced bookkeepers from developing countries instead of experienced accountants who can tell them their story in numbers

Nothing is free. He buys businesses doing over a mil in profit. He sells strategies to get businesses to that level so you become a target market customer for his company to take equity in. Not saying that it’s wrong - it’s brilliant for creating new customers, but there is nothing genuine and free, it’s all done in an effort to make money and grow his company.

So yea technically he is providing value for free but I see your point and yes there is nothing wrong with being compensated. Especially if you add a godly amount of value to millions of people!

One of my favorite videos so far. The Mozilisa is what takes a business owner from a freshman level business to playing at JV/Varsity. I took away that I need to track, track, and then track more. Rather than shooting from the hip.

I understand that your pains and troubles are very hard, unique, and hard for the average person to comprehend, however, keep doing your best. For brain fog, make sure to drink less caffeine and to hydrate properly. I spent 10 years making this mistake. I can't stress enough to take Magnesium (L-Threonate and or glyciniate), Potassium, and enough sodium if you already eat clean and less processed foods. Actually too much fluid will make you pee out all of your water-soluble vitamins - which all contribute to brain fog, depression, anxiety, pains, and more. You'd be surprised to find out just how many people are not properly balanced with their electrolytes, and just how amazing the results can be once leveled out. Some issues will be fixed over night, but for the full-effect results, this needs to be consistently treated. Once those are settled, check vitamin D levels, then A, K, and E. (avoid any Soybean, canola, seed oil-ridden supplements, there's some in olive oil.) I know my response is random, but if I can help in the slightest to make some of those physical/mental issues any better, then I believe it will help in other areas. I recommend buying a good individual bulk of potassium citrate/gluconate, Mag L threonate(Magtein)& Glycinate, and a good calcium (don't over take). Trader Joes has a semi-decent calcium, mag, and zinc bottle which is better than nothing. I would generally avoid Magnesium oxide as it is not bioavailable. Make sure the brand is a good brand to accurately measure. Magtein is rather pure, Solaray makes a great glycinate I am willing to bet that this will help a good sum. If you were like me and drink more than 4 cups to a pot of coffee a day for energy, stop that right now; get hydrated, increase electrolytes, and you'll have FAR more energy to last than what you'll get from caffeine; it's also very important to note that simply adding electrolytes isn't enough, you may have to reduce fluids in the event you are over-hydrating. Yerba mate is a good alternative to coffee if you need some caffeine. Best,
