If you don't have capsule....skip it...only massage with oil....

the key is cuticle oil at least 2 times a day...more frequency will give greater results. After 3-4 weeks I promise you will see healthier nails. If your nails are bitten or damaged it may take the full 6 months to get these results. it just takes patience. Continue the oil and cover with a nail strengthener. If they chip file the chip with an emery board 240 grit and recover the opening on the nail edge with nail polish. Nails like routine, cuticle oil and hand creams.
