Here we are again ! I recently have realised and acceptee the fact that i have trichotemnomanoa (the compulsive obsession of cutting hair) Now i feel motivated to not let it take over me and consume me. This is the first subliminal I ever listened to after a trauma induced haircut a few years ago. I would play it at night while I slept and my daughter would sleep next to me and loved falling asleep to it. We haven't been able to be together as much over these past few years. My hair has grown só much after listening to this, it feels very soft, shiny and my bangs have grown and my hair has grown a lot because of that. I also would recommend buying keratin and eating lots of avocados to help with the results. But this sub really works and it works very fast.

My armpit and leg hair grow extremely fast after cutting them, so I just told myself it works in the same way! I think it all comes down to your own mentality
