Okay I am going to use this for 30 days and update you guys (Using with headphones with/without other music and with breaks) Day 1: Listened to this thrice today Sleeping with it on Day 2: I felt really pretty and I got lots of compliments! My face looked beautiful and I felt really attractive and comfortable in my skin I listened to this twice today but there are internet issues where I live so I have been slacking Day 3: I don't know if this works lol Day 4: I feel very confident and I think the frequencies and the music make your brain calm and aligned to manifest your desired skin, the more I meditate on it, the more in a few days I find my skin is glowing Day 5: Not sure bro Two weeks later: It does work! How much days it will take?.

I myself haven't noticed much change but that might because I listened to only two days. The next day, my mother commented that my skin has lightened. She assumed that it must be because I'm sitting at home and not stressed by exams and all. 😃 So this works. It's difficult for ourselves to notice the change immediately. Others notice it soon. I also followed my skin care routine. I listened for 2 days then took a break for 2 days (didn't get time) and then when I listened, I got a sort of glow in my face. So guys, taking a break is always good. My mom told me I look like a North Indian (bcz I wore a sphagetti top but North Indians are generally more fair than South Indians).

@ Good vibes, The vocals & the music is heavenly, just beautiful 💜💖💗💗💗. This is my 2nd GVs glutathione binaural that I saved to my skin care, relaxation list & sequencing with oxygen & infared therapy particularly for my DJD/arthritis, carpletunnel & frozen shoulder. My secondary problems/complaints are black mold fungus & facial sunburn. Just started this one today, Saturday, 2/16/19-listening to the others about 2 wks.

@Selihon Solomon This time I think something change i can see it. I'll be giving tips 1. Drink water as they say so i kept drinking water and listening to it. (Stay Hydrated and Relax while listening) 2. Try listening everytime. ( I usually listen to it when I play my mobile games.) (When I'm sleeping i tried to listen to it but I can't sleep.) (So if your like me that can't sleep while listening then better listen when you wake up and try to medicate.) (When I meditate I only listen to it for 5 minutes without thinking anything else just feel your breath inhaling and exhaling.) 3. Don't expect to see result instantly if your not listening to it frequently. (The volume must not hurt your ears when listening to it.) (You can use earphones if you want to but remember you should feel relaxed when your using the earphone) 4. Now choose a relaxing subliminal music for you. (I choose this one but at first I feel uncomfortable but i'm listening with low volume but I focus more in listening to it.) (If you think this music is a bit irritating for you then you must find a better subliminal music that would fit for you) (The music you should choose must be relaxing for you or based on your vibed its just like listening to real music) 5. Subliminal would work if you will also help yourself (For example now that we are using this subliminal help yourself not to go out and expose yourself to the sun.) (Be healthy, Excersise and Eat Vegetables.)
