I absolutely find grounding to be helpful for my anxiety. Although I am prescribed anti anxiety medication, I try to limit their use, and this is one of coping skills. If i feel a panic attack approaching, i go right for this. It's easy and can be done anywhere! Thank you for sharing all of these tips!!!

I just kick off my flip flops and walk around barefoot, in the grass. Put my feet in my salt swimming pool. My bed is also grounded. Highly recommend a grounded yoga mat. I had no idea it’s trendy now.🙏✌️❤️
