You just described me😲 I am a retired nurse, 52, with psychic mediumship abilities since childhood. NDE during extreme illness. Came back with prior abilities enhanced and new abilities such as remote viewing, I remember pre-birth & past lives, direct communication with God & all realms of love, i travel within consciousness and communicate with other beings, and i am given information that comes true and document some of it. Dr, I would like to be studied bc I was in fear of death. I was raised very religious and then explored different religions after becoming adult. Each of them saying their religion was the only way. As i was dying, I began questioning everything. I screamed out for god to show me the truth bc i wanted to make sure i went to “heaven”. I went to my heaven. The colors and love that doesn’t exist here cannot be explained 🥰 I came back into my body and since then have this passion to help ppl release fear of death, bc we never die😃 Although i cannot work now as a nurse dt physical anomalies, I am telling my stories publicly to help humanity see there is sooooo much more to life, and to release fear. I am truly appreciative of this interview bc it is so important to me to help others that are experiencing these type of things to no longer be afraid. I know as a nurse, I had to be mentally competent. There are many with job titles that demand this, which prevents many from speaking about their experiences. Much love and success with your findings🥰🙏🦋

I'm 62 now, but remember being four years old and feeling amazed that people here hide out in separate bodies, drive separate cars, live in separate houses and actually think that makes them separate. I remembered that where I came from we all knew we were ONE and we could never be separate. Thoughts were all shared and no one was hiding anything. This seemed like the craziest place ever to come to, with everyone pretending to be separate, thinking they could hide their thoughts and actually believing they were just flesh and forgetting their spirit. It still gives me the creeps and sends chills down my spine to think about how bizarre that really is. I knew I'd been an adult many times before, but that my real state was, is and will always be spirit and all that matters in life is LOVE.

I loved this interview. My dad died with a smile on his face and a sense of peace around him. I think he saw something amazing when he passed away. I've had people mentioning to me several times over the years how it's probably just his brain firing off chemicals to make him happy and smile in his last moments. It's annoying each time I hear those comments. I've obviously considered it could be from his brain nerves firing, muscles relaxing and other explanations but this was something different. What I witnessed with him could not be explained. His hospital room got bright to the point where other people who were there noticed. The sense of peace in the room was palpable. The radio in the room went on all by itself despite the switch being in the "off" position. I'm completely happy with the mysteries of what happens after death. I'm more annoyed by those around me who have tried to say everything is a coincidence or try to put a scientific spin on everything.

When people behave like that, it can be helpful to ask them these questions. Are you afraid of death? You do know that you are going to die, don’t you? What do you wish for when you die? They will go quiet or brush away your questions with some inane comment. They are in the grip of fear.

My daughter tried to commit suicide and it was a different near death experience than when she died not at her own hands. She seemed to be born with at least one of the clair-senses, but she developed more until something happened when she shut most of them down. To this day she hasn't fully recovered them. She did come back because she realized I would be devastated by her suicide. She does have a gift for working with people who are in the process of transitioning and has helped many people cross over peacefully, when they were suffering prior to her arrival at their bedside.

There are other types of NDEs. Once, when I was driving down the interstate, a 40 year old woman's soul "came" to me to ask if she could stay for a bit in my soul space. I "said" yes, and she went to a "corner" of my space by herself. She was very hard-bitten, shocked, and scared. I think that she just needed a safe place to collect herself for a while. After a half hour she slipped away. I think that she had just been murdered or had over-dosed. A sudden death. Here's another story. A very spiritual and psychic friend heard a neighbor's house explode (meth lab) in the middle of the night and saw him (his sou) wandering in the road in front of my friend's place. This soul was shocked and scared; and wanted to come in to my friend's house. My friend "said" to him that he needed to go along on his own path and went back inside. Soon, a ball of faint light came down and gathered up the soul of the guy killed in the explosion. So, sometimes you can be near some one else's death in a moment of their need.

While I've found them all interesting, Dr. Jeffrey Long's matter-of-fact, evidence-based testimony here is refreshing. Especially towards the end when his comments on the scepticism the subject arouses. He addresses the topic without being judgemental. Jeffrey Long is also the best speaker I've heard you interview. He speaks in a way that keeps you interested in what he has to say, with authority and clarity. He has to be a future 'returning champion'.

Nice to see studies and publications in the medical science journal arena beginning, probably many years going forward until broader acceptance. So coma is possible induce hellish experience ? I’ll have to keep an eye out for that. Walk-in’s , my brother in his first OBE was standing in front of the window amusing himself by putting his hand through the window and feeling the -40f temperature outside the window, when he turned around he freaked out to see a woman trying to get into his body. He said she was glowing a dim blue color. The fear reaction of him was to be slammed back into his body thinking she might take it. That was the last OBE he ever had. I have never had an experience of someone trying to take my body during OBE. I did once see my dad and his brother standing in my living room when I came out of the hallway we all looked at each other in astonishment. My dad and brother had been deceased for years by then and I don’t think they expected to see me in one of my OBE. 😂

There are big differences in the sense that people who have OBEs are often able to accurately describe things from outside their body, which they could not possibly have witnessed unless they were separate from their physical body. Psychedelics just don't do that. I've heard many stories from people who have taken LSD and also DMT and I've also had OBEs myself without drugs. Very different experiences altogether.

This has been explored. Strassman hits on it in “DMT: The Spirit Molecule” because he was seeing similarities between the long, induced, DMT experiments and what he’d heard of NDEs. While there’s some cross over, there are very profound differences that label them as distinct types of experiences of expansive consciousness. Of course, people do have OOB experiences on psychedelics and sometimes bring back impossible information, but these are edge cases and very hard to validate, unlike NDEs, where we can assess the state of the death and interview for data collected that would be physiologically impossible to attain.

Excellent interview , it agrees with all I learned elsewhere from reliable sources. Additional, complementing info from books giving a wider picture can be provided by me, if wished. Here two minor details : the near death experience of an ancient Greek soldier is described by a philosopher, possibly Aristoteles. The great Soviet atomic physicist Lev Landau suffered in his car a frontal crash with a truck . After his long coma he returned a much different, unrecognised person which was awarded a Nobel prize for his pre-accident work.

I met Jesus in church during mass. God came as pure Holy light. Jesus Transfigured in it. Hundreds saw me talk to Jesus. I was awake standing.
