I made this for dinner last week. 😂 I used to make this recipe frequently, when I was feeding my family of 8. I’m alone now and it served me for 4 meals!

I keep an Empty coffee can or bottle to..collect drippings. Keep it in the refrigerator or freezer Until full..then dispose.

Love the throw anything together to make a good meal I did that all the time when my kids were little 😊

This was surprisingly good! Thank you for such a simple dish for busy days. Tip: I pull my ground beef to one side of the pan and soak up the liquid with paper towels. So easy.

I think I would call this "Mama Sue's Supreme"...this looks absolutely delicious, and I must say, in my 64 years of life, I have never had ground beef over rice, always noodles or potatoes (only exception would be stuffed peppers, not the same thing though). I would go ahead and mix the rice into the hamburger mixture, and add some sort of vegetable - I always have a variety of frozen veggies in my freezer. When my boys were little, I realized they were much more willing to eat their vegetables if it was all mixed together :-)

You can put that foil in the sink over the drain ( instead of the bowl) then when it's dry and just throw it away and your done. That's what I do

I would use cabbage or broccoli instead of rice..but that’s because I am on a low carb lifestyle..

I’ll make a dish very similar to this. I don’t put the soup in it or the paprika but I put everything else in it that you did and I mix the rice in with the meat. I serve it with Ranch style beans and corn. I call it Dirty Rice even though I know that’s really not what dirty rice is, but that’s just what I call it.

i dont understand why you dont use "real" garlic and mince it up while youre waiting for you beef to cook... geez
