Ground Beef and Cabbage Casserole
Ground beef and cabbage casserole is a delicious dairy-free and gluten-free dinner that can be made ahead of time and baked when you’re ready to eat. 1 pound ground beef
3 tbsp olive oil
1 medium white onion, chopped
2 garlic cloves, minced
1 tbsp herbs de Provence
1 cup rice
1 can tomato puree
3 tbsp tomato paste
1 2⁄3 cup beef stock
1 medium white cabbage, shredded
2 cups mozzarella cheese, shredded
2⁄3 cup parmesan, shredded

It was a can of tomato puree then some tomato paste then 1& 2/3 cup beef stock. The list of ingredients is in the description.
The price of burger now is so high a person will have to make meals like goulash, or spaghetti, or soups where you can use hamburger in smaller portions
If I left the rice out for keto purposes, would you recommend reducing some of the liquids? If so, which ones?

Reduce the stock as that's what is hydrating the rice. You could start with 2/3 cup and see how it ends up after simmering.

It's basically stuffed cabbage (Pigs in a blanket) without rolling the meat in the cabage. Still good I'm sure.
Says it's dairy free, yet has cheese in it... is it good without the cheese
Rice did not cook. Leave in oven longer and add more water
Video says bake 40 minutes. Written recipe says bake 25. Which is correct? Is the rice cooked or uncooked? Its hard to tell in the video and it does NOT say in the written recipe. Thanks.
