I love it

When I first saw this scene, I thought that Luke was trying to get Grogu to remember his real home; the planet he originally came from. But this became slightly sad, that Grogu has no recollection of his real home, instead he feels that the Jedi Temple was the only home he had ever really known. 😢

You do understand what Adoption is yes? The Jedi Temple IS his "real home". Clark Kent is from Smallville, Kansas, not Krypton. And if the theory that he is Yoda and Yaddle's child is true then he was very likely born in the Jedi Temple anyway.

@@Cuban20 It's from Operation: "Knightfall" in the old battlefront 2 game. I don't remember a specific clone saying it, but I could be wrong about that. The old Battefront 2 has a great story if you haven't played it!

Wait...at the start of the Grogu flashback it sounds like a Jedi is yelling “leave him alone!” 1:36

I loved how these troopers were clearly in real costumes, whereas the ROTS troopers were all CGI

Dude I'm already dying to know what the 501st troopers are saying when they point at Grogu. I hear the Sgt. Say "up top" or "on top". Then I hear another say "move it."

According to my theory, it would be Barriss Offee who rescued Grogu due to an easter egg which you can see when the 3 Jedi fight against 501st clones. The fight happened near the Barriss's personal room.

It would have been a little more impactful if Luke shed a tear looking into Grogus memory. ;_;

Any chance Yoda was crawling around and hiding from Pappa Palpy after their standoff (which Yoda got screwed on by being on the edge of the floaty senate thing). Yoda crawled around by himself in the vents and seemed like he was in such a hurry as to leave his Saber behind? He then called Bail Organa as if a bit relieved even though defeated as he said "failed I have.." perhaps handed off Grogu to the Organas or with another trusted liasion that wasn't force sensitive til they couldn't protect him any longer and he wound up on Andulla7 or whatever in the Mando episode where the tons of thugs held him in seclusion and was liberated by Mando and IG.

Every time. Every f#$@-ng time. Watching it takes me back to when I saw Order 66 the first time and was beyond tears to the point of pure shock.

Maybe palpatine had grogu and thats just another reason why yoda insisted on facing the emperor instead of Obi-wan doing it. Maybe yoda fails to rescue grogu

Were those clone soldiers live action ? I think that may of been the first live action clone troopers ever seen in a clip, wish we could see more of that, live action series just after order 66 would be amazing

I wonder if Vader took Grogu to Palpatine, and thats why the empire took the Kaminoan scientist in end of bad batch, to use Grogu to create a 1000 year reign palaptine, I wouldnt be suprised if Grogu showed up in Bad Batch season 2, as it would explain why his memory becomes corrupted

there something wrong about this....Grogu is alive during the order 66 and student. as you can see order 66 is when the Luke and Leia born which is they are both babies and it means Grogu is older than Luke and Leia but why the heck Luke is look like a father to Grogu now????🤦🏻‍♂️🤷🏻‍♂️

Grogu is the Same kind of Alien as Yoda and they have confirmed that Grogu is around 50 Years old and is still a baby. Which would have made him only 30ish during Order 66. Their race ages much differently then People. Once Grogu is old enough to speak he would be over 100 Years old😊✌️
