Hi Lily 😊 I hope you're doing well. Just giving some advice. Sometimes you need to budget shop. You mentioned before the cost of your monthly groceries, but you can save some money if you shop wisely. The Doritoes for example. They were on sale 3 bags for $11, but you only wanted 1 bag and you paid $4.97 just for that one bag. Doritoes can be kept in the cabinet for quite awhile unopened, so you would have been better off to just buy the 3 bags. You can also use Doritoes in recipes and as breading for meats in place of breadcrumbs and such. I'm just saying sometimes it's better to shop sales. Anyway, your videos are very enjoyable. Thanks for taking us along. ❤

I really appreciate your attention to detail in cooking. I’m not a great cook, but with prices rising, cooking at home is a must. Watching how you organize ingredients before you start chopping/cooking has been a big help for me. I used to pull everything out only when needed, so cooking took forever and things would burn. My goal now is to work on meal planning for the week and buying only what is needed.

You are so right about groceries costing so much. There is a French term called "mise en place". I believe it translates loosely to gather everything in place. And you are right again that it makes a big difference when cooking or baking. I hope you find many yummy recipes to try.

The crispy pork looked so delicious. I have never used an air fryer before. I would have thought adding water would steam the pork, but I was wrong.

Omg Lily, I also made srti fry udon for dinner tonight except I used shrimp instead. My ingredients are very similar to yours!
