I'm saying what if someone made spaghetti for instance with traditional ingredients and then put some weird meat in it like bison. Comes to find out that's normal in Wyoming. Then it goes viral because some person in Pennsylvania made a video thinking it was new. Come to find out people were doing that in Wyoming for 30 years or more. Things like that are weird to me.

Would this salad keep for leftovers? I feel like that the lettuce would be a limp mess the next day that's why I never add any lettuces to mine.

Minus the lettuce this is Chefs John's anitpasta pasta salad.

I too checked her web sight and couldn’t find the grinder pasta salad with measurements. I don’t like to make something for first time and not use exact measurements as it could be delicious but my guess and by golly could have ruined it. After I make something the way it’s intended then I know if I want to keep exactly as intended or experiment with measurements, with the price of food I would hate to have to trash and start over again. I’m 74 and I found comments to be unhelpful to put it nicely .

I don't eat mayo but its not a big deal she is using mayo .. just substitute or find a diff dressing to your liking
