This is my favorite episode of all time because of all those emotional moment that make us truly realise that, whatever happens, meredith and derek will pull through... Together.

When I first watched Grey as a teenager it was hard to understand why Meredith was sabotaging the relationship after this. But looking back now I can see it. She was emotionally destroyed after and because of everything related to her mother
